Dear @my_sejahtera and YB @Khairykj, I’ve gotten my 2nd dose 2 months ago but the app never update to show I’m fully vaccinated.
Yesterday received another new appointment. Is this for the booster or third dose?
Dear @khairyKJ, does @my_sejahtera have a requirement to get a response? I’ve tweeted, DM’ed and emailed Helpdesk but I see that @my_sejahtera selectively reply to only certain people. What requirements do I need to meet to get a response?
Had my second dose almost 4 weeks ago now, told that will be updated after 2 weeks but so far, no changes. Submitted to @my_sejahtera Helpdesk last week, and of course, no response.
Helpdesk MySejahtera mesti diperbaiki dengan segera. Kami telah menerima pelbagai aduan dan maklum balas daripada penduduk bahawa mereka tidak memiliki sijil digital di dalam MySejahtera walaupun mereka telah mengambil vaksin yang lengkap.
