@Ballymore estimated my service charge would be £3,036 per annum. 2022 it’s now £5,014.84, a whopping 65% increase since 2012. Since 2012 to 2022 my total service charge contribution to date now sits at £38, 595.64. #leaseholdscandal #CostOfLivingCrisis

My MP thinks things have almost been sorted with cladding. Explained our developer not signed pledge, RMCs still not covered, our huge bills on Insurance & waking watch still on our bill as is non cladding remediations. People with more properties have to pay. It’s not over! @eoc
