Despite the rumours, it turns out the surprise mystery guest at school today wasn’t Mr Tumble or a retired assassin!
Thanks to @thebodycoach for showing support for @andysmanclubuk & bringing a bit of joy to many

The @Dunbar_Bear enjoying the lights on Thursday #AuroraBorealis
Out for run & a nosey at Dunbar’s latest celebrity, the Steppe Grey Shrike. Without a big lens the best I could do was a slow mo of it flying.
My @andysmanclubuk vest on show at the @CoastHalf
Always happy to promote such mens mental health & fingers crossed there’ll be a group in Northern Ireland soon.

Buzzing about todays wander around the Belhaven Community Garden with local young people. A swarm of bees appeared. The gardening for nature has paid off @sustaindunbar @wildeastlothian @RewildScotland
What a privilege to be dive bombed by an Artic tern at the brilliant @nationaltrust Long Nanny tern colony
Sheltering from the rain in the porch @AthollPalace ‘A passing shower’ Said the lady cleaning the steps. She was right!
I love it when local traders collaborate #Pitlochry #Loveyoursweets
Badger vs Jogger
This was moments after the badger turned and chased me growling and hissing. After a lengthy staring contest it disappeared into the bracken

Some insect bit my neck. The perfect opportunity to do Dr Bunsen Honeydew impressions #Muppet #whatacorker
Very humbled to accompany 2 of the lads from @dgsbattlefields to Kay a wreath for @andysmanclubuk @AndysmanclubSco at the Menin Gate. We remember all those whose mental health was & is devastated by war
The German cemetery at Langemark, Tynecott Cemetery & the Essex Farm Cemetery. The human cost of war laid out before us @dgsbattlefields
The shadow of one of 1000’s of maple trees points to the Canadian National Vimy Memorial @VeteransENG_CA @dgsbattlefields
So much to absorb from a day all about the human cost of the WWI battlefields @dgsbattlefields
Wandering wearily around beautiful Bruges after a long drive through the night to Dover with @dgsbattlefields
Almost tripped over this one on my run by Spott. Nice to see them alive & not as roadkill @ELCrangers #EastLothian
Ahead of the @dgsbattlefields trip to brush up on WWI I’ve watched 1917, & found myself drawn to #JohnMuirCountryPark to locate the feint remains of the practice trenches used by the military. I think I found them, along with an old bottle that I couldn’t date @JohnGrayCentre
I put the bottle back as it was home to a crab. I hope it gets out before it’s too big to escape the bottle neck. @ELCrangers
