@AskPlayStation I can't get through to a human on the chat because, again, I don't know the player ID associated with the email because I didn't create the account. So I created a new account and spent 40 minutes waiting in a chat queue.

I finally get through to a human, start explaining the situation, and then this. He disconnected me before I could explain that I CAN'T START A CHAT REQUEST ON THAT ACCOUNT BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW THE ID. I can't open a new chat because it recognizes I was just in chat support
