Africa needs two things to prosper:
1. Economic freedom (ie rule of law, clear and transferable property rights, free enterprise, etc.)
2. Reliable, affordable and abundant energy
Once we have those two ingredients for human flourishing, so much else (factories, jobs, businesses, higher incomes, and so on) becomes easier.
