🔥ERIC JACKSON: " $HUT COULD BE A $2,000 STOCK!" (Currently ~$75) 🚀
Eric Jackson was one of the earliest investors to recognize Hut 8's enormous potential and the opportunity presented by the coming AI infrastructure boom.
Now, with $26.6 BILLION in contracted AI data center leases, two gigawatt-scale campuses, and an 8.66 GW development pipeline, his conviction is stronger than ever.
In his recent Fox Business appearance, Eric named @Hut8Corp his TOP AI infrastructure and energy play.
🧵 Why I’m Long $HUT — and Why It Could Be a 100× Story by 2029
I’ve taken a long position in $HUT (Hut 8) — and I think it’s one of the most misunderstood stocks in the market.
Everyone still calls it a miner.
I see it as the energy + AI infrastructure platform that the market hasn’t caught up to yet (unlike my other 2 favorite longs IREN and CIFR).

Eric, you're not crazy
If you are, then I need to be checked too 😂
Bitcoin at $50M sounds insane today
So did every major milestone before it happened
I'll keep stacking

Bradford is winning Toronto 62% vs prediction markets who have him at 30% behind Chow. The biggest disagreement we've ever published.
Not because we love being contrarian — because three nights of debate tape said the race moved and the market hadn't heard it yet. Polls follow language. We'll know who's right by Halloween.
New EHIQ call: Toronto's mayoral race has flipped.
We now read Brad Bradford 62% / Olivia Chow 33%. The market still prices Chow 71%.
The driver: three debates in one week, scored speaker by speaker on our language model. Chow's CBC night was her worst of the cycle — confidence halved, desperation doubled. Bradford's register held strong all three nights.
The falsifier is on the card: if Chow's poll lead holds ≥ +4 through the final wave, we're wrong at full size — and we revert with the receipt.
Our AI model says language leads, polls follow. Or we pay for it in public.

Bond market's closed for Columbus Day, so no RATE DNA today.
Tuesday's line in the sand: 10Y 5.22%. Hold it with breakevens near 2.35% and this rate regime stays neutral.

This quote from Steve Jobs lives rent free in my head...
"People who are genuinely great at something don't compete. They don't care about being compared to others because they're so deep in their own lane that comparison would be a waste of time. They just do their thing."
Superb Writeup by John on Meeting Kaz at $OPEN today
First-class event. Shout-out to Kaz for giving me and the Army invaluable time and information today.

The operating model
AI is the leverage. A general contractor who used to carry 3–4 homes can now carry about 30, because the system absorbs the coordination that used to require headcount. The aim is free cash flow positive before adjusted net income turns positive. Cash first, accounting second.
What actually broke the last cycle
It was not that rates went up. It was how fast they went up. Homes stopped turning, the market froze, and inventory became a liquidity problem more than a pricing problem. Today’s constraint is still market liquidity.
How they are building
Stay current with frontier models and use different ones for different jobs. Do not bet the company on a single model. The internal score Kaz watches is funnel conversion. In core markets, about 1 in 4 people selling a home try to sell it to Opendoor.
The test
The real test is not the exit from 2026. It is 2027, and the twelve months after that. That is when it becomes clear whether the job was done. The standard he set: build a company that is “worthy.”
Why real estate has not produced great companies
These businesses stay bad because operating expense eats the upside before free cash flow can compound. The opening is to raise transaction volume while holding operating expense flat. That is the only path to grabbing profit instead of just moving volume.
Great businesses are made in hard markets, not easy ones. The difficulty is the condition, not the curse.
Will the juice be worth the squeeze?
⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
Real estate companies fail on operating expense, not on demand. Volume up, OpEx flat, cash before earnings. That is the whole bet — and I think @Opendoor is the one that finally cashes it.
Sometimes there’s something about when someone looks you in the eye and you can just tell - generous, ethical, focused on building. Not selling. Kaz had that look.
