Guarantee your life will improve 100x when you stop spending time with people are focused on being β€œright” (ideas and beliefs they automatically absorbed from others) vs people are focused discovering/experiencing the Truth. Easiest way to change the quality and trajectory of your life.

It's amazing how much you can accomplish around the house under the threat of someone coming over.

Note to self Let sadness open your heart, let fear about the future be felt as a loving sadness

Its magical to me everyday how i hold something and feel so shitty and the moment I talk to my best friend about it, who understand my language so effortlessly, and feel suddenly so good about life in general.

One of my oldest friends just won the most prestigious awards in short story writing. It’s got me thinking about prestige In these parts of twitter, we're not so interested in prestige, even though there plenty of poasters with the reach of bestselling authors. I wonder if this is misplaced. Should we be converting our tweets into higher prestige formats like books, talks, and articles in mainstream outlets? I've shied away from acquiring traditional forms of status for a while. I've watch ppl come into prestige and experience a lot of cons as well as pros. Here is my read for myself: Pros: β€’ Expand the influence of my gods – eg beauty, multicolor love, & our based collective intelligence β€’ Community morale boost. IME it's uplifting when "one of your own" wins an award or publishes a book β€’ More interesting invitations – to podcasts, conferences, even dates Cons β€’ You actually *lose* an important source of authority: the authority of relatability β€’ More social yuck from ppl treating you like an object to be gotten or wielded β€’ Communications overload – and I'm already overloaded 😬 Probably 2026 will be a year that I come into more prestige, so I'd love to hear tips on how to make that not suck

My life lately is just about being in conflict, seeing the conflict, losing hope, finding hope and repeat. And it’s only the 7th day of 2026. Yes, i just want to sulk. What are you gonna do about it, be in a conflict with me? Ugh, time to be gRaTeFuL about it.

After the Bar: a Fictionalized Account of Meditation * You cannot believe they said that. A void opens in your stomach. Your hands tremble. Stress sweat prickles. You don't hear what they say next. You laugh hollowly; you smile superficially.

My husbands plans got canned so please book his calendar for catchups, or even work calls so I can win a bet and prove to him that twitter loves him.
had a long hike planned with friends the next 10 days, but rains washed it out :( but now my calendar's wide open. looking to schedule calls with friends+moots, and also have space for somatic-imaginal sessions. Please reach out if you'd like to connect/explore :)✨

A tender sit with @VinceFHorn on Palestine, identity and dharma. From family history and waves of grief to spiritual practice ripening into waking down, we touch overwhelm, healing, lineage, small levers of care, and what it means to not look away πŸ™πŸ‡΅πŸ‡Έ πŸ”— link in the next twt

I think if you’re so smart why aren’t you happy is actually kind of a good criticism. I know so many brilliant generally successful people who want to be happy and if you ask them okay how do you think happiness works, what have you tried, who have you hired to help etc nothing
