For Nigerian lawyers who have qualified and are litigating in foreign jurisdictions, I have a question: 'Please is it the practice over there to hear utterances from the bench such as: 1. "what sort of rubbish motion is this?" 2. "what sort of stupid application is this?" 3. "Are you crazy?" 🤯🤯 4. "You are 4 years post call right? Please restrict yourself to the magistrate court. When you have clocked 5 years, you can come here."
