it's the bridge between personal motivation and action that's broken. everyone wants to make an impact and generate a billion dollars but how many people actually get there? It's not a matter of motivation but the lack of infra that supports curated action.

I’m currently working on releasing my MVP for @expdotfun to the public. I want you guys to break it and help me implement the things you’d like in it. for now, we’re telegram native but I want to make this into a google plugin + release on the AppStore next. the goal is to unify your digital and IRL contributions to society & local communities. I’m currently running a closed beta with 12 users & I’ll announce a bigger closed beta group soon ~ then, we release to the public. I welcome anyone looking to make an impact and all social organisations who’d like to measure, coordinate and verify the contributions of their volunteers too :) during all of this, I’ll be filling out my application to raise $150k on @backabledotbiz to truly bring this to the world and make the type of impact I’m looking to make, it requires igniting a social movement and launching a massive campaign… I need the assets & etc to launch this campaign. the future belongs to those who don’t wait and I believe we can do great things as a collective. @reformparty_uk council is voting to close 10 PUBLICLY owned nurseries… this is exactly what’s wrong with bureaucratic governance🤦🏽‍♂️ local councils often have unchecked power for determining the livelihood, progress and development within their local communities. if this vote passes, over 100 individuals are set to lose their jobs. the issue with things like this is that a select group of individuals are able to decide the future of a collective rather than it being a community-led decision, by the people. I genuinely believe that local environments would thrive more if the citizens local to that area had a say in the decisions that were being made for their community. by giving them a voice, you’re directly hearing from the individuals that these big decisions impact… decisions ~ that are often pushed forward purely for budgetary purposes. it’s time to prioritise the humanitarian side of things. there’s no budget when everyone is aligned. one thing that I truly love about crypto is DAOs and how they’re able to come together to form a community of aligned individuals with a shared treasury. @daosdotfun proved that model… I fell in love with DAOs even more. the challenge we see today is; crypto is still fairly new to the masses and most people think it’s just memecoins & NFTs… they don’t understand the truly novel technologies that could actually enable world-changing social movements. DAOs are the future. almost every crypto company now has a foundation that operates as a DAO. why? because social coordination requires aligned POVs and action requires capital. DAOs are uniquely positioned to be the infrastructure that individuals build on to make an impact… unfortunately, it’ll be a while before we can see DAOs make that global impact. It starts with individuals choosing to work towards a shared vision. everyone wants to see their local community develop & grow but the rails to coordinate this impact, reward the contributors & build local recognition doesn’t exist yet… we want to change the world but what good is that if we can’t involve the very individuals we want to change it for? we want to build the world, WITH the world… that’s why @expdotfun exists🫡 social coordination & cohesion is at the heart of everything we do. at some point, we will be operating the biggest DAO in the world ;) charities don’t do enough when it comes to transparency and distributing their impact. It’s usually siloed to a specific location or purpose. we need ways to coordinate mass scale social movements whilst recognizing the contributors who developed their community along the way. billions of individuals contribute to charities in the form of donations or by volunteering every single month, yet ~ there’s no real universal score for contributions to humanity/society :/ this needs to change… how can we expect to impact the world and create lasting change if the data or the individuals creating this value aren’t properly measured, incentivised or even recognized! so much data & value going into the abyss… it’s time to put a plug on that value leakage. it’s time to build with @expdotfun🫡 join us if you want to make an impact on the world ;)

@CitizensAdvice recently warned that banks and energy companies are increasingly relying on AI chatbots for customer service… & guess what? over half of these chatbot users say that it’s unhelpful. I have to agree too. I dislike the addition of AI chatbots on @Revolut —> I don’t want to speak to a robot. I want to speak to a human. if more and more services incorporate AI chatbots just so businesses can increase their profits, this will inevitably result in leaving a large group of underprivileged students/young adults/elderly citizens without the proper guidance they need from a human. @guardian published a report about this too, naming it the “right to a human” haha it makes sense because, who the fuck wants to speak to a robot about personal issues? this isn’t just a UX/UI problem… it’s the precedent we’re setting for how AI should be used. of course, we want to reduce the amount of redundant jobs there are in the world with AI but the effects of this will spill-over into human productivity, ownership and social inclusivity. essential services should remain accessible with a human at the helm. there’s people who lack devices, connectivity & etc AI shouldn’t remove humans from every system before humans have created alternatives… a whole generation will lag behind, playing catch up for the rest of their lives… competing with AI or humans maximizing their skills with AI. compute has now become a commodity… everyone wants access to it the next big thing will be the thing that coordinates all of these IRL/digital actions and builds a composable, immutable record of your experiences that’s universally accepted! I just described @expdotfun WE are the next big thing in crypto. HIGHER!

inevitably, the experiences you have determine who you are and that’s a much better hiring signal for employers… who actually likes to go through hundreds of CVs? filtering through them is a joke too. I know this because I’ve spoken to countless recruiters… and nowadays, your CVs are being put in front of an AI that determines your capability :/ the reality is ~ the job market has just gotten a lot harder to get into for students. entry level roles are requiring X amount of years of experience. if students can’t find a job due to the lack of experience, where else will they build experience for the job they desire? they’re forced to demonstrate their ability through various other activities and have to commit to it for the capital ~ just to build experience for something else later. wouldn’t it be easier if every workplace had a “work ‘experiences’ program”? we aren’t doing right by students & young adults. it’s time to change that with @expdotfun local communities should be more inclusive for their residents and the education/work systems that exist today don’t do enough to communicate cohesively. the education-to-work pipeline is broken. a lot of data is lost in the void and then destroyed for storage purposes… I went to 4 different primary schools growing up. this was over 13+ years ago… would they still have my records?🧐 that’s a question we’ll never know (unless I visit the schools👀) it’s an issue honestly. our educational/employment data should be easily verifiable, composable and accepted universally… people in third-world countries can’t travel/apply for opportunities without worrying about access to public services, education & etc etc we’re for the people and we’re making everything you need, within any local community ~ accessible for you to experience. you can discover IRL experiences, build your reputation and unlock access to more experiences that progress your personal/professional development journey. we’re starting our pilot in London however and will continue to expand region by region. if you’re interested in building with us and potentially becoming a lead within your city, hit me up!🫡 I’ll help you scale the impact you can make in your local environment :) 🔗t.me/nalididthat 🔗t.me/experiencesdotfun I invite everyone to come and build with me. society is due for an awakening. let’s BUIDL!

for decades, society has gapped behind due to inefficient learning. students can’t even access simple experiences that help scale their professional identity. considering how the rate of development is accelerating in AI, students are basically studying for jobs that won’t exist by the time they graduate. I’ve realised that the only way to make society adopt net new behaviours is to breed them. there’s always a first mover in every revolution… @expdotfun will be the catalyst that drives MAJOR change within the education system and it will ripple over into how communities coordinate. initially, I wanted to solve for education but I realise that the primary bottleneck is the lack of communication between each stakeholder within a community. if we want to change the world, it starts with mobilizing local communities towards a shared mission but before we’re able to execute that all around the world, we need to build the rails to communicate and coordinate these shared actions efficiently. enter, @solana… “thinking locally” was never just about buying locally… it’s about supporting your local community too, yet support is in deficit these days :/ it’s time to change that, for every IRL community… visibility is the primary issue for a majority of society. so we’re solving for the fragmentation in communication, coordination and connection for local environments. a new social operating system for human development :) shaping the future of the world won’t be easy, that’s why we’re looking to be market governed ;) we want to launch on @MetaDAOProject would the folks @ metadao + colosseum be interested in funding impact initiatives/infra designed to coordinate human capital? if we want to scale crypto, a consumer app is the way and I can’t think of something better than this, except games (which we also have) cc: @metaproph3t @metanallok @lbolord @Futargamy @mitchellsniffle @robinhanson @mrinko @mattytay @n8levine @crabbylions I’d love to hear your take on this & whether you’d fund it + why/why not (feel free to TG me too —> t.me/nalididthat) PS: i’m also competing in Colosseum’s world fair :))
