fun fact: part of the reason why I focused on social impact as a vertical for @expdotfun was thanks to @whatsallthiss for telling me to “choose a vertical” back at the @solana x @SuperteamUK startup village in 2024 it was a short, but insightful conversation. you don’t know what you know/don’t know until you dive into the semantics of different terminologies. I didn’t even know what vertical meant at the time and I did a deep dive into it when I got home and learned all about building vertically & horizontally. it opened my eyes to segmenting users & features and catering my GTM strategy to each audience for max exposure/impact. the things you learn along the way help paint the overall picture with depth & clarity. that’s why the journey is always more important than the destination :) for future reference, let me give you a brief definition of building vertically/horizontally… building vertically = focusing on one user & catering completely to that archetype + dominating that niche before moving to the next offering e.g. “how deeply can I solve this one thing” building horizontally = building different products/services within that same niche and solving problems connected to that thing e.g. Amazon started off selling books online before expanding their product suite. if you’re building something for the first time, think vertically first before doubling down on an area & expanding horizontally. choose an audience, solve a specific problem for them and tweak that product/service to the max before branching out and expanding. one audience. one product/service. one channel. build traction… and THEN, expand what you offer. it’s easier to build traction when there’s less friction in your onboarding and you’re definitely going to have less friction if you only have one thing to offer for a specific group of people. your only concern should be distribution… this is where the best entrepreneurs differ. simply through how they distribute their product/service :) take some time with that. dive deeper into distribution! the best marketing revolves around having a great customer acquisition cost. this happens through distribution. how are you going to get/create attention and convert them into a supporter of your brand? think on that ;) hmu for your ideas💡 happy to help, just DM. ~ NALI

most companies cannot accurately answer what measurable impact their spending has on the world or their local community the issue is, impact isn’t very visible without a longer time horizon. we need to reward short term efforts with recognition + reputation🫡 you can plant 100 trees within a day but it’ll still take 20 years to grow… the trees growth, is measurable & linear however, the impact it has had on the ecosystem it lives within, is very hard to measure… now we’re not saying we’re going to measure the carbon impact of trees haha, I’m simply stating that impact is not linear and it can form its own branches. it starts with ONE meaningful action! @expdotfun will start with ONE meaningful movement! ;)

@expdotfun is building @solana’s first operating system for human contributions why? because the future belongs to those who contribute… the individuals who’ve created value. those who show up consistently. we believe in meritocracy! those who help without financial gain, deserve recognition from an ecosystem that helps empower the impact they’re making and recognizes their experiences with local reputation or monetary incentives. we all have hidden legends in each of our neighborhoods. the goal is to identify that person and help support the impact they’d like to make on the world by giving them a system that rewards & recognizes their contributions to humanity. unfortunately, the infrastructure for this isn’t built yet and your experiences or contributions aren’t visible to the world… so I’m creating that infrastructure to help all the trailblazers around the world make an impact… everyone wants to change the world with no way to access entities they could support. it’s time to change that. I don’t believe in a world where the only way to land a job is via a qualification or hoping the company has a “zero experience” requirement. it simply isn’t practical enough and discourages students from actually getting into the real world and creating/exploring their own ideas or experiences further. there needs to be more ways to become hire able… in a world so fast paced, your experiences detail who you really are and that is a much better hiring metric than a simple qualification. you’d know who you’re hiring much better by what experiences they’ve had rather than what exams they’ve passed. don’t you think? an experience based economy is the future why? because the future belongs to those who take action… we unknowingly contribute to many lives without realizing the impact we make. it’s time to track impact at scale, via a sustainable vertical that supports the development of local economies and humanity… who’s ready to experience some shit?👀 follow @expdotfun for more info regarding my brand ;)

100,000 fake university degrees in medicine, nursing and engineering. we trust asians with everything... every doctor that i've ever been to has been asian... they're pretty smart tbh. I love them. this is crazy though... does academical education qualifications really matter now? It seems like these individuals would rather experience the career first-hand instead of waiting to build competency through simple education. I wonder how many of these 100,000 fake certificates were given to those who truly deserve to skip ahead. this would never be able to happen on @expdotfun btw... #MyEXP
