Sacked Department of Public Works and Highways district engineer Henry Alcantara mentions former senator Bong Revilla during the Senate hearing on flood control projects on Tuesday.
“Ayon kay Usec. Bernardo ang GAA insertions noong 2024 na nagkakahalaga ng P300 million, sabi niya po sa akin para kay Senator Bong Revilla na noon ay kumandidato bilang senador sa 2025,” he said.

and more stupendous, LTO QC does not recognize the stenciled form I got from LTO Marikina, saying they have a different system. The guy I talked to even implied that the form may be fake for all we know.
so @DOTrPH , does the LTO have their own little kingdoms, own little systems per city? Is this how you streamline processes and ensure that MV registration is convenient and consistent across LTO branches?
