One of the coolest theories I’ve come across is that Paul Atreides was never truly the Kwisatz Haderach the Bene Gesserit intended—he was a rogue variant who forced the path open too early, and the real one (or the one who could have walked the Golden Path without becoming a tyrant) was always meant to emerge much later.
