Every week it writes you a short review of how things went. If you want, your coach messages you first: it can make a session lighter when recovery is low, or offer to move one you missed, and you answer straight from the notification. TRAINING THAT FITS YOUR WEEK Tell it your level, your equipment, the days you can train and how long you have, and get a plan built around them. Every exercise comes with an animated demonstration, cues and the muscles it works. Log sets, warm-ups and reps in reserve, rest between them, and see your session on the Lock Screen while you train.
