Harriet Tubman freed people from the confines of slavery. Jewish Partisan fighters freed people from concentration camps. These were crimes but history has vindicated them. The Prairieland defendants too will be vindicated.

Come support Stop Cop City defendant Hannah Kass at court After years of battling in courtrooms, her charges were finally dismissed! Now the end of the case is being prolonged through petty bureaucracy. The only barrier for her return to normal life is this judge's inaction.

The feds are trying to make a legal example out of Sam for exerting a human right to privacy. We are still $8,000 away from his goal to cover legal fees. This isn't just fighting to free Sam, it's fighting to make sure no one else faces this fate. givesendgo.com/LetSamGo?utm_…

This is an important test case for digital privacy. The feds will try to assert as much control over our personal data and our personal lives as possible. Supporting Sam is one way to show that we will not tolerate these attacks on privacy & human freedom: givesendgo.com/letsamgo

"I just hope to send the message that the government doesn’t own our data. The government doesn’t own our communications, our relationships, as hard as they might try to."
Should refusing a government search of your phone at the border put you at risk of being treated as a terrorist? One case is testing just how far digital searches—and government power—can go. Read more: protectprivacynow.org/news/w…

Imagine a future in which the Prairieland defendants are freed. What does that world look like? What kind of movements are necessary to get us there?
Incarcerated for Life in Trump’s War on the Left Autumn Hill had already gone home when a protest outside an ICE facility in Texas turned violent. She was still sentenced to 50 years in prison, over twice as long as any Jan. 6 defendant. Story: rollingstone.com/politics/po…

“I remember thinking, ‘If I don’t do exactly what I’m told for the next minute of my life, I’m going to die right now.'" • A tactical vehicle slammed through Autumn Hill’s front entryway. • FBI agents threw flash-bang grenades through the windows. • She heard screams from other rooms. • Police flew a quadcopter drone through the splintered doorway. • A voice from the drone ordered residents to come out with their hands up. • Hill edged out of the door and faced a wall of gun barrels. • Masked agents screamed orders as the drone buzzed behind her. The similarities between this case and the Georgia AG's failed money laundering and RICO charges against nonprofit bail fund organizers at @ATLSolFund are clear. In both situations, the state concocts an absurd but convenient story to crush a nonprofit doing work they dislike.

Federal agents in Atlanta stopped a guy at the airport, forced him to unlock his phone, and it self-wiped using GrapheneOS's built-in duress feature The DOJ is now charging him with destroying evidence

No probable cause, no warrant, absolute violation of 4th and 5th amendment rights The police state is here Free Samuel Tunick givesendgo.com/letsamgo
First known US case: American charged for using a “duress” password Samuel Tunick, an Atlanta resident, is being prosecuted for allegedly giving border agents a passcode that wiped his phone. The feature comes from GrapheneOS, a privacy-focused Android OS. Entering the duress code triggers a full factory reset. This is believed to be the first time federal prosecutors have brought such charges. The incident happened in January 2025 at Atlanta airport. Agents demanded access to his phone without a warrant, saying he hadn’t yet officially entered the US. When they entered the code, the phone wiped itself. Tunick has pleaded not guilty. His lawyers argue the seizure was unlawful and that agents were investigating his activism against “Cop City.” The case raises big questions about digital rights at the US border. What do you think?
