Here's what we know: Austin Payne, 15, Albany, GA (Dougherty County) was murdered. Shot Halloween night, Oct. 31. Called his mom around 8:03 p.m. saying he'd been shot. Mom tracked his phone; found him the morning of Nov. 1 inside an abandoned apartment at 810 Cameo Lane, Apt. B. Witnesses say armed robbers hit a group walking with him; may have been targeting a handgun he'd posted on social media. Seven 9mm casings recovered. Charged Nov. 4 with murder: * Jansquincey Donaldson, 15 * Omari Marion, 15 * Adarious Wallace, 16 * Detravion Parker, 22 Local news coverage only. No national CNN / Fox News / NYT / AP pickup found. If the races were flipped this would be wall-to-wall.
