The Labor Party knows they’ve lost control of the narrative. For years, they treated Twitter like a closed shop. @elonmusk changed the game when he purchased the platform and turned it into X, even forcing Mark Zuckerberg to ease up on censorship. Now, the Left has nowhere left to dictate the conversation. They tried migrating to Bluesky, but it failed to get any real traction. Watching Question Time today, it’s clear they are completely rattled. Sucked in. X isn't going anywhere.

Create a dirt file on Helen one week ... then extol her virtues the next ... he must have changed his position. Lies lies lies ... and then more lies. Totally untrustworthy or morally sound ... just an evil tyrant.
Let’s be clear this is criminal conduct. An unelected, unaccountable @AustralianLabor organisation has taken control of over $600 million of commonwealth funds and bunged over $400 million of it to its supporters in a transparent attempt to pervert the democratic process. @AusFedPolice and @icac should investigate but won’t as @AlboMP has installed Labor aligned apparatchiks to lead both. Scandalous.
Albanese govt admits Labor head office role in taxpayer-funded grants news24.com.au/news/albanese-… via @News24Aust
Helen, you’re so important to us, you’re so admired by us and you’re so loved by us that my Prime Minister @AlboMP decided to attempt to trash your reputation for calling out his obvious corruption.
Helen, you're so important to us, you're so admired by us and you're so loved by us.
Here is my statement in the House of Representatives - an important opportunity to send our support to Helen and also thank the community members, first responders and everyone who stepped up and stepped in last Monday.
Everything should be on the table except Defence and National Security which while not subject to cuts should be reviewed for efficiencies. We need to live within our means. Under @AustralianLabor we have become the most over-governed advanced economy on the planet administered by the most bloated public service on earth in per capita terms.
This definitely needs to be looked at by ICAC. Oh wait, @AlboMP has just appointed an @AustralianLabor apparatchik to run ICAC. Maybe the AFP, oh wait, he’s done the same there.
Labor has officially admitted to rorting the system.
Infrastructure Minister Catherine King has confirmed that Labor Party head office, not the department, ran the process behind the Albanese Government’s $560 million community grants scheme.
King’s own words: “Absolutely, it’s an election commitment process, of course that is done through party machinery, not through government machinery.”
The mask has completely slipped.
Out of $560 million in funding, a staggering $409 million went straight to Labor held electorates through a closed, completely non competitive process.
45 electorates weren't even invited to apply.
The blatant pork barrelling includes a $6 million taxpayer funded grant for the Marrickville Golf Club right in Anthony Albanese’s own electorate.
The department itself has confirmed they had zero role in selecting these projects, stating the government didn't even seek their advice. It was entirely dictated by party machinery.
Constitutional law expert Professor Anne Twomey has slammed the scheme as a farce and a form of “grey corruption”, stating: “If federal politicians want to win elections by making promises about swimming pools, golf clubs in their electorates, then they need lessons in integrity.”
This is a deep betrayal of Australian taxpayers.
Funding decisions must be based on merit and community need, not outside party bosses calling the shots to secure votes.
When the Chief Economist and Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), Dr Sarah Hunter, tells you that government spending and @AlboMP’s and @JEChalmers refusal to reign it in, is driving inflation and high interest rates, you should listen. Expect @AustralianLabor to use the attack on @helenhainesindi as a distraction in advance of the Treasurer’s statement on inflation and the next RBA rise.
These people make me proud to be Australian; strength, compassion and integrity. Its just pitiful that our Prime Minister can’t bring himself to name the evil ideology that took the life of the little girl they fought so hard to save or do anything at all to prevent it happening again. Shame on you @AlboMP.
I’ll take that as a yes to both propositions then.
Of course he’s a killer Alan and you paid him to be because either you don’t have the stones to protect your family and your country yourself or you’re happy to pay better men to do it for you.
I realise that you and the other nutless monkeys on the left of Australian politics don’t cope well with anyone challenging your left wing orthodoxy but focussing on the issue for a minute; which bit of evidence that the @AustralianLabor government, specifically @Tony_Burke and @AlboMP, have been supporting and funding radical Islamists in Australia is racist, untrue or propaganda ?
Just when you thought the @AlboMP government and @AustralianLabor couldn’t be any more corrupt or compromised, we find out that the Home Affairs Minister @Tony_Burke is not only closely tied to a Hamas affiliated radical Islamist but has been funding his organisation.
Any soldier with operational experience will tell you that dismounted close combat is a nasty, brutal, squalid business and judgement is best left to those who were there. I know BRS personally, not well, but enough to say he’s a soldier not a killer.
Former SAS soldier Ben Roberts-Smith has denied murdering civilians or breaking the rules of engagement during his deployment in Afghanistan.
“I didn’t bloody murder anyone,” the Victoria Cross recipient told 2GB's Ben Fordham in a wide-ranging interview aired on Thursday morning.
Roberts-Smith, 47, was arrested in April and charged with murdering or ordering the murders of five unarmed detainees in Afghanistan between 2009 and 2012.
“I wouldn’t change a single thing. I would do it all exactly the same way because I know that I did the right thing,” he said.
The former soldier maintains his innocence as the criminal case against him continues.
