1stand45.com Join me right here streaming live at 6 pm this evening (Tuesday) for 1stand45 with Coach Fitz Hill. We will continue discussing the social determinants often birthing this violent behavior we continue to witness in our communities. This is video footage of the 15 year-old recently arrested and charged for 11 counts of attempted murder. This is unfortunate on so many levels. Tonight, I will also reference Oprah Winfrey's book co-authored by Dr. Bruce D. Perry, entitled, "What Happened To You"? In this fascinating book, the high profile authors addresses the effects of trauma and how it often births unwanted drama in the lives of the untreated perpetrators and in some cases the victims within the communities in which they may reside. As Oprah noted, in incidents such as this mass shooting where this 15 year-old will be charged as an adult, many will question, "What was wrong with him?" However, according to Oprah, the appropriate question to ask is, "What happened to him?" This young man was not born violent but odds are his environment nurtured the negative behavior that will earn him a lengthy prison sentence where he will hopefully finally receive the help he needs. 🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻

Mark 16:16 ✝️ I love our Every Arkansan Outreach Recovery Ministry, which works to resurrect the lives of men who are searching for a fresh start in life rooted in Biblical principles. Our Church loves worshipping and serving with each one during their recovery period. We desire to help them realize the potential born within...as we are all created in the image of our Heavenly Father. Satan comes to kill, steal and destroy...but our God walked this earth so that we may have a life of abundance.🙏🏻✝️🙌❣️

Nick Saban GOLD 🥇 “Negative experiences without teaching kill morale.” This is such an important coaching lesson. Players are going to fail. They are going to make mistakes. The question: What do we do with it?

Dyce🎲Cube🧊 is in the 1st grade. In 10 years, if he chooses to continue playing football, it appears GrandCoach will be excited about Friday nights during the fall semesters. This highlight made my eyes buck 👀. Dyce-Cube got some tools in his tool kit. This run...quite impressive to his GrandCoach❣️

This is it right here 💯❗️ Destiny and Dustin birthed three incredible boys into this world and they have inspired me to be something Destiny, Faith & Justice never had in their life...a present Grandfather who desires to be an active GrandCoach teaching skills and tutoring with ball drills. The boys love ball 🏈🏀⚾️...and practicing in the back yard with me. As you can see from this reel produced by their Momma, Dyce, Dak, & Dawson are 💯 % boys. GrandCoach has some ballers on deck...they willl be calling next...stay tuned👂. GrandCoach gonna do everything in my power to remain healthy to be a part of their lives as long as possible. Quite frankly, when my grandboys call...GrandCoach certainly hopes to be ready to ball. Put me in the game. Nothing like being a GrandCoach...Nothing❣️❣️❣️

1stand45.com Join me right here streaming live at 6 pm this evening (Tuesday) for 1stand45 with Coach Fitz Hill. We will discuss the social determinants often birthing the violent behavior we are witnessing in our communities. We will define the Black male homicide grenade that when it explodes, the shrapnel effect sends individuals to their graves and prison while also leaving grieving family members. According to data from the CDC, the Black male homicide epidemic didn't begin spreading rapidly until the 1980s. Today, homicide remains the number one killer of Black males ages 1-44. Unless there is transformational change within our communities, this deadly gun virus will not cure itself. Did you know that on average, 30 Black males will be murdered in the United States today? However, it is highly unlikely the media covers the deaths unless the victims were killed by: 1) Police; 2) From someone outside our race; 3) A high profile rapper; and 4) A prominent athlete. For these reasons, the African American population has not grown at the rate of Hispanics. In the 1990s, the Black population hovered around 11% compared to 8% for Hispanics. Today, the Hispanic population is nearing 20% of the U.S. population while African Americans are less than 13%. It's no secret, Black men cannot reproduce in the graves or prison cells. Read this stat...since 1950, nearly 450,000 Black men have been murdered in the streets of America. Did you know that number is greater than the grand total of U.S. Soldiers killed in World I, II, Korean War, Vietnam War, and Desert Shield and Storm combined? So what does that say? We are experiencing war like numbers on this specific population without addressing it as the deadly epidemic that it is. Consequently, Silence Should Also Be Considered Violence. I have the right to remain silent, but I choose to do differently because I know 30 Black families lives will change today, and who knows, it could impact your family or my family. It's really Black male homicide roulette. Think about it.

Rob Tillman - Tribute to my big brother❣️ Heaven gained a saint when God assigned Rob Tillman AKA Dr. Rob his wings and called him to his eternal home. Dr. Rob has been a very close friend for nearly two decades. He was a grinder and without question, in the health profession of physical therapy, Dr. Rob was considered to be one of the best. However, in my eyes and mind, he was the best. It's safe to assume Dr. Rob is already setting up clinics in heaven just in case someone needs physical therapy. I have had the great pleasure of working very closely with Dr. Rob. In the Spring of 2025, he agreed to join the board at Arkansas Baptist College after serving several years on the College's Foundation Board. He was an invaluable asset who was always willing to get in the foxhole with me to combat the challenges facing us. Until his illness, Dr. Rob always joined me on The Westrock Coffee Recruiting Intelligence Report on 103.7 The Buzz. He always brought fresh content regarding the health and well being of athletes. I learned much from Dr. Rob up close and personally while observing rehabilitation sessions with Juice during his student-athlete career. It was Dr. Rob's intensive treatment for Juice during his senior football season after suffering a severe hamstring pull where I saw him rare form. The initial injury diagnoses revealed that Juice would be out about 4 to 6 weeks; however, Dr. Rob had other ideas. Due to Dr. Rob's therapy Rx, Juice was back full-speed in three weeks and was actually fresher and quicker than before his injury. Dr. Rob's commitment to get Juice back in the game by treatment him multiple times each day spoke deeply to my heart. I can say without hesitation that Dr. Rob was the MVP of Juice's senior football season at Little Rock Christian. God worked through Dr. Rob to get Juice back in the game. Quite simply, without Dr. Rob, Juice high school athletic career would not have been as accomplished. I have always told Juice to be forever grateful for Dr. Rob and always acknowledge his treatments because without his rehabilitation game plans, he would have missed most of his senior football season. Dr. Rob's healing hands will be missed; however, his rehabilitative services to the world will never ever be forgotten. Dr. Rob's healing legacy will live forever. 🙏🏻✝️🕊🙏🏻❣️ A social media ad promoting Dr. Rob & Ortho Rehab after giving Juice a body alignment.

Join the Drof🏈 Thursday (today) 7 pm on 103.7 The Buzz for The Westrock Coffee Recruiting Intelligence Report Presented by Expressway Airport Parking. In the first quarter we will discuss social factors contributing to the declining participation of youth football. In the 2nd snd 3rd quarters, Marcus Elliott & Bill Ingram will assist me in examining the Blue Chip Recruiting Ratio in accordance to the 4 or 5 star roster. In this analysis, we will evaluate the teams who remain contenders or have potentially been eliminated from the play-off contention. During the final segment, we will discuss how the NIL has changed the depth of college basketball. The question posed is: Could there ever be a basketball team to win a national championship in the sport basketball like Indiana did in the sport of football? Tune and hear sports from a different perspective. The Drof🏈Rx will also be streaming live on YouTube.

Another preliminary injunction granted against the NCAA. This case challenged the NCAA’s decision on a medical waiver & the new eligibility rule’s applicability to the class of 2022. On the latter, the court held the rule doesn’t exclude the class of 2022.
Our team @sandbergphoenix is proud to represent Gus Tettamble, an outstanding student on graduate school and tremendous tennis player at Abilene Christian University.   Today, Gus was granted injunctive relief in St. Louis City circuit court. The order keeps him eligible to play tennis for a fourth meaningful season of competition. Gus played only 4 matches—all in the fall, not the spring championship season—as a freshman, unable to compete in more than 30% of competitions that season due to painful patellar tendinitis in his knees. He needed judicial relief after the NCAA denied a belated (but otherwise well-supported, straightforward) waiver request submitted by his former school, Tulsa University. We appreciate Tulsa’s support of Gus in this litigation and the efforts they made to persuade the NCAA to do the right thing without resorting to the courts.   We’re happy for Gus that justice was done—and pleased that the court also ruled even absent the waiver, Gus would be eligible to play under the plain text of Bylaw 12.6. The plain, unambiguous language of the Manual defines what eligibility is—as the NCAA has conceded in sworn affidavits across the country. We agree with the Court that enforcing an extratextual policy based on press releases and tweets violates the plain language of that contract.

Todd Golden on eligibility chaos is worth your time ⬇️ "The NCAA has spent millions of dollars promoting the PCSA. But if that were to pass, the class of '22 athletes would be eligible." "At this point, the NCAA is arguing that they're trying to prevent chaos, but they're really causing it." (🎥: @rockytopinsider)
