True leadership is about remembering where you came from and lifting others along the way. Marshall’s generosity toward Rabun Gap speaks volumes about his heart, humility, and character. So proud of the young man and leader he continues to become. This is bigger than football! Roll Tide! ❤️🐘
Current Alabama tight end Marshall Pritchett, a former Rabun Gap player, gifted Rabun Gap new pink jerseys.
Pritchett played at RG and was a member of the program’s 2024 state title team, earning All-State honors that season.

I know everyone wants to just mention the negatives (fair enough in some cases) but there are also positives. 👏🏻
Facts matter (to some):

I think some expected the Bama run game to move from bad to great in one year. Improvement was a more realistic goal and to this point, it’s been there.
Genuinely hate this for him...

This. Right. Here. Was it all that pretty? No. Is it ok to be upset with what you saw in the run game (or lack thereof)? Yes. Did we really badly need to get to a bye week to get healthy? Yes. We WON some teams can’t say that. A win is a win. Be happy for the guys! They found a way. Other teams didn’t. Let them work stuff out in the next two weeks, but stop with the “I mean I guess we won but it was bad” or “welp showed me LSU is going to kill us” talk when you know very well we are getting key guys back for that game. Just enjoy this for a minute.

Fair-some fans anyway. Don’t disagree with any of this. The “Saban Standard” was from a very different era, almost not the same sport. An era of stockpiling & developing talent with a complete lack of parity / balance in rosters across the SEC & country. NIL/Portal dramatically changed it. NOT EVEN SABAN HIMSELF COULD REPEAT THE STANDARD TODAY. Nick knew it and left in the nick of time. Roll Tide 🐘🎯

Beautifully said.
After rewatching the Texas A&M game, it’s clear Alabama is feeling the effects of having so many key players out. I was really impressed by how they battled late in the game, given the circumstances. Now, they have to find a way to play with that level of execution and intensity consistently.
Establishing consistency in the running game remains critical, especially with a trip to LSU on the horizon. It takes pressure off Keelon, keeps the offense on schedule and out of predictable passing situations, and creates much better opportunities for play-action, which we’ve had a lot of success with. I thought Keelon fought hard in this one. Rico was phenomenal in RCW’s absence.
Defensively, Alabama set the tone early with turnovers, then ran into some challenges shortly after. The most important thing, however, was that they really stepped up late, generating some much-needed pressure on the QB. The key now is maintaining discipline, being more consistent, and eliminating the explosive plays.
The good news is that most of these issues should be correctable. Given the current landscape of college football, Alabama is still in a solid position heading into the bye week. Hopefully, they’ll come out of it much healthier and ready to put together a complete performance.
It should make for a great game down in Baton Rouge. Roll Tide. 🐘
Genuinely don't care what you have to say about Dijon Lee Jr. I'm gonna stand by him ten toes down as he develops as a player. That comes with the ugly, the bad, the good, and the great. Proud of him for continuing to fight and grow. Great game for him. If you're upset with the personal foul he got for tackling the A&M guy then go watch flag football because I'm cool with it.

@AlabamaFTBL - a young battered team with significant injuries - patchwork OL/DL & secondary (still good players but haven’t been working as a unit) found a way to dominate the 4th quarter and win an SEC football game yesterday on Saban Field. This team is not soft. A soft team doesn’t do what they did yesterday.
Roll Damn Tide 🐘
