Getting more familiar with guitar is cool because you start being able to fix your own technical problems; for instance when I had an audible rattle from my amp housing at low G, I turned it up louder.

Anchorman is a similar case where I got punchlines screamed at me for two weeks before I saw the movie and it really ruined it for years. But the Chapelle & borat fallout lasted much longer

It was a constant “HUWHAT?” “OKAYYYY!” Call-and-response loop across the warehouse I worked at in 06 too. Young men underwent a mass hysteria event for like a solid decade. It took me years to recover from the antisocial outlook I developed as a result

Sacha Baron Cohen is a comedic genius on the level of Dave Chapelle by which I mean you had to hear his jokes screamed incessantly between songs at hardcore shows in the early-mid 2000s
My problem with Sacha Baron Cohen is he was treated as a Nathan Fielder-level comedic writer when he’s really just Jackass

Metal might not need hardcore but it often does need punk and then it becomes kind of like hardcore but in a good way not a deathcore way

Protest a data center at your own town hall and a steroidal thug will be sent to try and murder you in front of everyone as a message:
Concerned residents packed the Utah County Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday after it unanimously approved a widely unpopular data center ordinance without allowing public comment. Police quickly moved on concerned residents – including swarming one young woman, dragging her out of the room, and slamming her onto the ground. The woman was left with a concussion and a bruised and swollen jaw. She spent the night in the ER after being released from jail. An emergency rally was called for Wednesday in response to the brutality. Community members are demanding the termination, arrest, and prosecution of the offending officer – identified as Phil Crawford.

Man what a co-sign. This is like when David Byrne teamed up with St. Vincent to do that album if it were about rape and pedophilia

Trump: "Vivek Ramaswamy put up a very powerful Ad about a mother saying that her daughter, Amy Acton, who is running for Governor of Ohio, is a liar, and much worse. The Press, in a concerted and well coordinated attack, is trying to get Vivek Ramaswamy to 'take down the Ad.' Frankly, anybody whose mother spoke about a daughter in that way would normally lead to the daughter being precluded from serving in Office"

To be fair I would also pay $300 not to listen to cradle of filth
This guy spent $300 on a Cradle of F shirt that looks like they found it in a dumpster, when you can find the exact same shirt brand new at any rock flea market, the guy doesn't listen to the band or know anything about black metal and the interviewer says the band is death metal

Poser has never heard Cleveland hardcore

“Who’s this wrestler boy?!” is a great insult because it says you’re a wrestler and not even one of the better-known ones
