This is crazy.
At first I was skeptical of the product she was launching. She mainly talks handbags etc so dropping something similar would have slapped no doubt as well. But big credit. The ones hating just aren’t in that bracket and that’s fine. She has an audience and she knows it to a tee.
The power of tiktok is unmatched.
I just saw a girl on tiktok (with 1m followers) do $600k on DAY ONE of launching her new brand.
Six hundred thousand fucking dollars on a $200 journal…
Let this be your reminder to:
a) start thinking bigger
b) search for leverage
c) appreciate the market
Don’t get lapped.
Good luck and happy scaling.
ROAS on meta yesterday: 1.3x
ROAS on TikTok shop yesterday: 5x
Same product. Same day.
TikTok shop is genuinely a cheat code when you know how to use it.
Everyone is desperately trying to make meta work for their brand. Whilst at the same time there’s a huge open goal sitting right in front of them.
TikTok shop is the GOAT.
Just stumbled across this guy on LinkedIn dropping TikTok Shop sauce every day…
No idea who he is but he knows his stuff.
People saying money Twitter was back a couple months ago now.
Not really seeing it tbh.
Whatever happened to the 23/24 run for money Twitter.
Tweets like this that rage baited a whole lot of people got 130k views🤣
Now we’re lucky to get 5k views…
The TL;DR playbook for TikTok Shop in 2026:
1) Find one hero product that’s easy to sell in a 20–30 sec video
2) Build an affiliate army
3) Send out samples at scale to generate as much content as possible
4) Double down on the creators and videos that convert
5) Use GMV Max to amplify the winners
6) Gamify your affiliate flywheel to keep creators posting
7) Repurpose proven winners onto Meta
This is the exact method I’ve used to do £37,000 in GMV in the last 7 days.
Btw, just to clear something up as I’ve had a few messages about this…
ShopTok is NOT a course on how to become a TikTok Shop affiliate.
It’s about how to sell and scale your OWN products on TikTok Shop as a seller.
That being said, we’ve actually had a lot of affiliates reach out who want to make the jump from promoting other people’s products to building and selling their own. They’re in a great position because they already understand what makes a killer TikTok video and can apply that knowledge to their own brand.
But don’t worry if you’ve never been an affiliate. Most people joining haven’t.
You don’t need to be the one making all the content yourself. Building an army of affiliates to create and sell for you is the play, and it’s one of the biggest forms of leverage we use to win on TikTok Shop.
Overwhelmed with the volume of leads I’ve had since launching ShopTok.
What’s been interesting is the mix of people I’ve had. I’m speaking to already established ecom brands doing serious numbers across Meta, Google, Amazon etc, but also complete newbies looking to launch their first product.
Like I’ve said before, ShopTok is built for both.
TikTok Shop is a completely different platform and there’s a huge opportunity for anyone willing to actually learn how it works and take full advantage of it.
For an established brand, it can become an entirely new acquisition and revenue channel alongside everything you’re already doing. For someone starting from scratch, I genuinely believe it’s the best platform right now to take a product or brand from 0-100.
Different starting points, same opportunity.
If you want more details on ShopTok, shoot me a DM or check the link in my bio.

Everything I know about TikTok Shop.
How I find products, launch brands, build an affiliate army, get hundreds of creators posting, scale with GMV Max and turn TikTok Shop into a serious sales channel.
Plus all my SOPs, templates and frameworks.
I’ve put everything that’s helped me build a 7 figure brand into this.
This has taken me months to put together.
ShopTok is officially live.
One of the most overlooked parts of tiktok shop is the halo effect.
People assume the value of tiktok shop is simply the revenue you see inside seller center, but that’s only part of the picture.
Someone might see your product 5 times on tiktok without ever buying it there. A few days later they search your brand on amazon, go directly to your shopify store, or google you and buy through another channel.
TikTok created the demand, another platform just happened to capture the sale.
This is why when brands tell me tiktok shop “isn’t doing much for them” based purely on their tiktok revenue, I think they’re looking at it completely wrong.
You have to look at what happens to your entire business when tiktok starts pushing your products.
The system is broken:
Two couples both earn £120k a year and both have 2 kids.
Couple A earn £60k each.
Couple B have one person earning the full £120k while the other stays at home looking after the kids.
Same household income. Same number of children.
Yet couple B can end up with significantly less take home pay AND lose more of their child benefit simply because their income comes from one salary instead of two.
How does that make any sense?
The more I learn about tax, the more I realise how important it is to understand how you earn your money, not just how much you earn.
Probably another reason I’ve become so obsessed with ecom and building businesses.
Great article showing just how big TikTok shop is becoming.
“US sales on the platform now beat Costco’s online business, Target’s online business, and Home Depot + Lowe’s online combined. From basically zero 3 years ago to that”
Been running brands on TikTok Shop for 2 years now and this data backs up exactly what I’ve seen first hand. It’s not just a silly fad, it’s a real retail channel and it’s still ridiculously early.
(Shoutout @JoeydeWit_ for sending this through to me)

The brand I talk about in this article became a top 20 TikTok shop brand in the UK in June 2026.
On a list alongside brands like P.Louise, Shark, Ninja etc.
It took me 6 months to get there.
These big boys have endless budgets. I bootstrapped this brand from day one.
It just goes to show you don’t need a massive amount of cash to make TikTok shop work.
Whether you’re starting a brand from scratch or already doing numbers on Shopify/Amazon and want another sales channel, the opportunity is massive.
We are still incredibly early with TikTok shop. But it won’t be like this forever…
Bit of a reintroduction for anyone new here…
I’m Matt, I’m 25, and I’ve spent the last 5 years building businesses online.
I started ecommerce at 20 and since then I’ve generated multiple 7 figures in sales across different brands.
For the last couple of years, my main focus has been TikTok Shop.
And I genuinely believe social commerce is one of the biggest opportunities right now.
I don’t think there’s ever been an easier time to take a brand from 0 - 100.
You don’t need a huge audience and you certainly don’t need to be an influencer.
You need a good product, a strong offer and the ability to get that product into the hands of the right creators.
Do that well and you can have hundreds, even thousands, of people creating content for your brand.
And sometimes one video is all it takes to completely change the trajectory of a business.
I already share a lot on here, but I’m going to be doubling down on content around exactly what I’m doing:
How I launch brands.
How I find and recruit affiliates.
How I build an affiliate army.
How I turn winning organic content into paid ads.
How I scale on TikTok Shop.
And ultimately, how I’m building brands around social commerce.
No gatekeeping. Just what I’m actually doing and what I’m learning along the way.
If you’re building a business, selling online, or just interested in where social commerce is heading, stick around 🤝
