Paste this into Claude before you send your next cold email:
"You are a busy [job title of your prospect]. Read the cold email below as if it just landed in your inbox.
> Would you open it based on the subject line alone?
> Why or why not?
> Where did you stop reading, and why?
> What in it sounds like a template or AI?
> What would make you reply in under 10 seconds?
Rewrite it in under 80 words, keeping one clear ask.

Most cold emails die at line 2.
This tells you exactly where yours does.
Not many followers. Tiny budget. Solo founder.

@gregisenberg said "ship plugins." So I did.

That's exacly why when I see Nick sharing cold emailing templates for a wall artist, I either think :
> he is full of shit or,
> he is leading people reading his stuff in the wrong direction on purpuse or,
> he tries tries to attract companies, saying " oh, if it worked for a business like that, it will work for me"
Unless you charge considerably more than the client is going to make out of it (I would call that a scam), you can't afford to spend creating high quality cold emailing campaigns for local shops, it's just math.
I took apart 140 funnels. Then I built a system that builds them for you.
I’ve been building funnels for years, and I’ve done heaps of lead gen for local businesses.
The same thing kept happening. Every new client meant starting from scratch: work out the funnel, write the offer, write the pages, build the follow-up. Weeks of work before a single lead came in.
So I sat down and took apart 140 funnels, step by step.
eCom, advertorials, VSLs, quizzes, subscriptions, courses, call funnels, high-ticket, SaaS, books, events.
For each one I wrote down:
→ the shape of the funnel, page by page
→ the offer and how it was stacked
→ the upsells and downsells
→ the ads that sent traffic to it
→ the follow-up after someone bought or booked
Then I built all of it into one system. It’s called Funnel Farming.
What it builds
→ Local business funnels
→ Course and info product funnels
→ Advertorials
You start by telling it where your traffic comes from, and it picks the funnel shape from that. Every page is built from the patterns in those 140 funnels, so you never start from a blank template.
Where it does the most: local businesses
This is where I’ve spent most of my time, so it goes deepest here.
Before you build anything, it makes two things for the prospect:
An audit of what’s costing them jobs on their current site
A demo funnel in their own brand, using their logo, colours, photos and reviews
You walk into the sales call with something the owner can click on their phone.
Then it writes the follow-up for the whole appointment:
→ Pre-appointment: the messages that get people to actually show up
→ Post-appointment: the messages that turn a visit into a booked job
That follow-up is where most local businesses lose money. Leads come in and nobody chases them.
How it runs
It runs on your own machine. Nothing is hosted for you, and there’s no new platform to learn or monthly login to keep paying for.

It doesn’t only do local businesses. A few more demos it built:
Advertorials

→ Couples: funnel-farming.com/demo-twoo…
Courses and programs
→ Business course: funnel-farming.com/demo-sign…
→ Fitness program: funnel-farming.com/demo-sixa…
→ Dating program: funnel-farming.com/demo-play…
If you want to run it yourself, it’s free for ACA members.

Those are only 1-minute videos. Sure, they’re monetizable, but no one is making a fortune from the views alone.
The playbook, however, is to get these videos pumping on TikTok, flex the viral views on X, and then get numpties to believe they can do the same.
They either click an affiliate link or buy a course.

I'm posting 20 times a day for my own app and im already cracking it
Had my first 40k view video yesterday.
shit drove in almost 100 users.

ITS LITERALLY NEVER BEEN EASIER.

10 YEARS from now your kids will ask

lock TF in
Indians and Chinese were already excellent at copying.
This time, they will drive SaaS values near 0, and it won't be limited to the X bubble.
Soon we are going to see open-sourced Salesforce, Hubspot and other complex products.
Companies will fork repos and get Claude or Codex to tweak it to suit their own internal needs, replicate workslows, export/import data.
Some of them will return to hosted version for comfort and compliance, most of them will never pay per SaaS seats again.
People will screen about maintenance and security for a few months, and than forget about it.
And the security argument is weaker than most people think.
LLMs are already outperforming cyber teams.
They are already finding bugs that survived decades of human review.

I built a lead team for local businesses inside Claude Code.
9 skills. You give it a niche and a city. ↓
Most agencies prospect local businesses the same way.
Scrape a list, send a template, hope someone replies.
The owner gets 20 of those a week, and yours looks the same.
So my team does the work before the first message:
1️⃣ Prospector: pulls every business in the niche from Google Maps and ranks them
2️⃣ Librarian: finds the competitors whose ads have run the longest
3️⃣ Auditor: walks their site on a phone and finds where leads leak
4️⃣ Strategist: picks the funnel that fits the business
5️⃣ Offer maker: builds the offer, the guarantee and the price
6️⃣ Copywriter: writes the page in their customers' own words
7️⃣ Designer: uses their logo, their colors and their real photos
8️⃣ Builder: puts the new funnel live
9️⃣ Editor: scores every page before anyone sees it
Then ACA sends the pitch: three findings from the audit, and a link to a funnel already built in their brand.
The owner doesn't read "we can help you grow".
They see their own business, fixed.
I'm giving away the whole team:
✅ All 9 skills, with their roles and rules
✅ The orchestrator that runs them in order
✅ The audit rubric the Auditor scores with
✅ The setup guide

What the fuck is going on? How are all these builders going to make money?
Anyone sees a business model here?
Data to sale to AI labs, ads, agency, premium hosted version ?
What is it? I don't see it.
Why pay $29 when you can get it for free?

• realtime visitors on a live map
• funnels, goals, page paths
• ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity traffic as its own channel
• bots classified, not just dropped
• MCP server so your coding agent can query your analytics
What it doesn't do yet: Stripe revenue by source. Which is on the roadmap.

Local businesses are paying Google to send customers to broken pages.
That's your next client. Here's the play.
1. Find who's burning ad money
@bot finds which local businesses run Google Ads in your niche and city, then opens every ad's landing page.
It flags the ones throwing money down the drain:
→ The ad lands on the homepage, not the offer
→ The ad says "book online" and there's no booking button
→ The form breaks on submit
→ The page falls apart on mobile
→ No phone number where a customer would look
2. Find the owner
Grok runs each domain through @quickenrich to get the owner's contact details.
3. Reach them where they are
One segmented sequence in ACA.
The channel follows the contact you found: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Instagram.
4. Open with their money, not your service
"I noticed you're throwing money down the drain on your Google Ads. Here's what we saw. I prepared a report on how to fix it."
5. Send the fix, not a pitch
The audit, plus the rebuilt funnel, ready to deploy:
→ The new landing page
→ Pre-appointment emails and texts
→ Post-appointment follow-ups
→ The ads, rewritten to match the page
You're not asking for a meeting.
You're handing them the fix.
I'm packaging the full play into a playbook.
Inside you'll find:
✅ The Grok prompt that finds businesses wasting their ad spend
✅ The 5 landing page mistakes to flag
✅ The QuickEnrich step to reach the owner
✅ The ACA sequence that picks the channel for you
✅ The audit template and the rebuilt funnel kit: pages, emails, texts, ads

PHP powers 70% of the world's websites.
They won't suddently switch overnight.
So, yeah, PHP is here to stay for a while.
Some people say this will be the end of PHP
I don't think so because these AI-assisted vulnerability exploits will now increasingly happen to any language, any framework, any server software etc.
I mean Node patched a high security vulnerability this week too
A new era of infinite cat and mouse games between people assisted by super intelligent AI trying to hack every single app, site and server and on the other side companies trying to defend themselves from it also assisted by AI
