Terry Davis once famously said that "the purpose of life is to entertain Mr God". How do you know Mr God is entertained? You can ask him. You have Mr God within yourself. Are you entertained? Mr God is entertained. Just have fun guys. :) P.S. Coding random silly shit is fun btw

Sadly, I was part of that big layoff as well. I really enjoyed my time there, but market reality can hit hard. On the positive side, I'll have more time to cook now 🔥
I was part of the recent layoff wave at Immunefi. I’m grateful for what I learned and for the people I worked with. But I’m now excited to explore new opportunities 👀

Open-source developer tooling for Solidity is incredibly difficult. Because Solidity has no applications outside the Ethereum ecosystem, we must ultimately address these problems ourselves, or the developer experience will fall behind, causing developers to move on to build on other chains. For example, the Solidity Developer Community has expressed the need for better debugging capabilities every year in the official surveys since 2020. Why is this not a solved problem? Developing and maintaining a debugger is an incredibly expensive task. According to @gnidan, the Truffle debugger cost about $2 million and was eventually shut down. So far, @rv_inc has spent about $1.5 million on Simbolik. We love building public goods, but putting all the weight on individuals and a few companies is not a sustainable or healthy foundation for any developer community. It worries me that not paying attention to developer experience is the most dangerous threat to Ethereum. Developer tooling is not the sexiest topic in crypto and, therefore, often neglected - so we need community support to raise awareness and bring it to broader attention. I know a large crowd is sharing the open-source mindset, and many developers depend on better tools. Contributing commits to open-source software is not the only way to show support. Please share this message. I hope we can get the attention of community leaders, such as @drakefjustin and @VitalikButerin, on this issue.

Let's go! For starting 2024 MevSec made a TOP 5 on a @code4rena contest (for @zetachain). Interesting to dive into a Golang Codebase and a full blockchain to find attacking vectors :) Hoping that 2024 will be full of findings + blog posts 🙏

Sneak peek of something I've been building over the weekend. tl;dr: Interact with any unverified contract without providing an ABI on ETH mainnet. Massive thanks to @BeckerrJon for building heimdall-rs! I just built a simple frontend that utilizes it. Plus @ScaffoldETH for incredibly easy setup and reusable components. This is a simple frontend that makes use of a heimdall-rs (github.com/Jon-Becker/heimda…) backend to decompile abi from bytecode. It gives back the decompiled ABI and uses scaffold-eth 2's(github.com/scaffold-eth/se-2) native components to interact with the contract. Sometimes some vars are decompiled incorrectly(or I am doing something wrong) so the app shows all possible interpretations where it can. Let me know what you think! I will make the repo public as soon as I remove the 328912 unused variables. 😄
