Atlas is able to generate the parts of the scene that none of the cameras actually filmed.
It can freeze time, allowing you to reframe shots to positions never filmed, then resume.
View events from impossible angles because Atlas knows what was there.

The reel is merely a political opinion/art based on publicly available facts and reports.

How is a government so threatened by a simple opinion?
If a political opinion can be restricted when it starts reaching people, then the issue is bigger than one post or one creator.
The fact that they restricted it only in India kind of proves the point of the caption.
