Arizona has planned responsibly for its water future for decades and remains well positioned to support continued economic growth.
But we should not be asked to shoulder a disproportionate share of the Colorado River reductions.
Statement from @dbseiden on today's decision:

Big shoutout from the @WhiteHouse today for Arizona manufacturing!
Phoenix-based Pivot Manufacturing was highlighted after a new @ShopFloorNAM report showed how tax certainty is helping manufacturers invest and grow. For Pivot, that means the biggest equipment purchase in company history, more machining capacity and room to take on more defense work.
Congrats to Steve Macias and the entire @pivotmfg team.

🟢YES on HB 2693-a commonsense solution to give small business more options for health care coverage-reducing costs & expanding choices.
Help our small businesses compete by following an option nearly 30 other states are using successfully!👇
HB 2693 “is a voluntary, market-based solution for small business.”
Sponsored by Rep. @Livingston4AZ, HB 2693 will allow more of Arizona’s small employers to access affordable health coverage options, improving stability and choice.
We encourage the House to pass this smart policy. Hear from Chamber EVP @CourtCoolidge ⬇️

As budget negotiations continue, @dbseiden says dismantling policies that have helped drive investment and job growth in Arizona would be a mistake.
Unlike many states, Arizona’s incentives are tied to clear benchmarks and only apply when companies deliver on jobs and investment. 🎥⬇️

SB 1429 closes a clear gap in the local initiative process for out-of-state & paid circulators- NO changes for residents and volunteers.
Do you want transparency when out-of-state special interests are undoing local decisions & making lasting impacts to your community? That’s all SB 1429 does.
It’s not complicated, it’s common sense.
