Surprised no one has compared Billy Evans & Elizabeth Holmes’ speech patterns in YCSE to the Art of Play guy. It’s the exact same evasiveness and obfuscation

we absolutely should in fact genetically engineer bioluminescent plants & trees and then completely eradicate the affront to God that is LED street lights from the face of the Earth
It's been awesome to reconnect with Palantirians again after 8 (!) years. Thanks for the shout @apoorv03 :)
Thrilled to partner with @bobmcgrewai ! Arda is on a BIG mission to speed up American manufacturing.
I’ve had the good fortune of knowing Bob, P Woody, Lucas, Grace, Tim, Paul and several friends at Arda for over a dozen years. Can certify that this crew does not make any small plans! :)
It's early innings. If you’re an engineer or researcher looking for a big mission, please reach out!

What happened with food is now happening with software: code obesity. Eat less, code less.
I'm super excited to share what I've been working on this year at @Arda_Industries. This team is incredible and I know we will achieve amazing things together 🚀
We started Arda in 2025 to speed up American manufacturing. We have spent the last year building with Anduril as our design partner. Today we are launching the company publicly on CNBC and announcing our Series A: $160M at a $1.5B valuation.
Our platform helps manufacturers design and operate manual assembly lines, putting designs into production faster now. Next we'll build automated lines that can be reconfigured as quickly as human workers, letting America make products that now require armies of workers in Asia.
Started using my Quest again (soon Quest 3!) and the lack of mainstream apps is crazy. I just want to meet friends in a virtual coffee shop and look at photos/TV together (you know, like IRL). Bigscreen requires sharing from desktop, and doesn’t have custom envs (e.g. cafe)
A factor people should weigh more in evaluating startups to join is how "scary" a company is. If the external perception is negative, that means each employee had to form enough conviction in the company's potential to overcome that stigma.
What a year! There were laughs, there were tears… overall grateful to build with @HelenaGagern, @gasperpre and our partners everyday at the frontier of consumer crypto.
2023 it's a wrap ⚡️ We built a little something to celebrate the highlights.
A big thank you goes out to our users & partners. We can't wait to keep building with you.

Ps. look out for a surprise gift you can collect in the Salsa app
Hot take: Erewhon didn’t shock me that much after 5 years in SF 😅 just like Bi-rite or Luke’s Local but bigger
There was a small army of employees at the hot food bar though 😂
Hosting a web3 frensgiving in SF tonight with @atlasdaosf - there are 2 spots left 👀

I visited the place where @gracew09 came up with the name @salsadotme this week.
A tiny flamenco bar in Seville 🇪🇸
It’s story time 👇
