Riley has been to the dog park a thousand times when we were in the city before I retired and moved him back to where the normal people are, but Dixie went on her first trip to one today. I had no idea we even had a fenced one here and we always just go up in the woods. There’s an entire other leg to this thing that’s flat grass, too. My pups liked the wooded part best until frens showed up. Dixie had a conniption fit at first when these huge dogs bounced in but eventually she was all butt sniffin’ and carryin’ on. Riley’s an old pro. He looked at her like, “calm down, it’s a DOG PARK, broad”, and went off on his own because he had things to smell and pee on. He’s 15 ❤️ Met many nice people who of course here, knew all the same people I know which I why I love bein’ back home. What a nice day. Now to unbox this pergola project. Who’s helping? It’s 8’ X 8’ and mounts to the house. Kinda excited about it until I have to go bolting it to the house. I found Daddy’s old stud finder…does it find both kinds? All I need is a 9 volt 😉
