I am resigning from the White House with tremendous respect for President Trump and Bobby Kennedy.
They laid out a vision of combatting the entrenched, dark forces in DC that profit from Americans getting sick.
More policy and cultural change has happened around these goals in the past 2 years than any time in history - and I know this movement is just getting started.
It was an honor to advocate for MAHA moms in the administration and steer policies like Dietary Guidelines reform, psychedelic reform, removing soda from SNAP, removing food dyes, GRAS reform, and overhauling government food procurement.

This week, I joined @NIHDirector_Jay, @DrOzCMS, and @DrSchwartzCDC at NIH to open a historic clinic dedicated to studying and caring for patients experiencing health problems following vaccination.
We must listen to patients and families who report vaccine injuriesānot dismiss or gaslight them. President Trump and I are building a health system that takes them seriously, follows the evidence, and uses what we learn to make vaccines safer.
This is how we earn back trust in our public health institutions.

šØNEW: The Trump Administration has uncovered 6 forms of fraud in the Unaccompanied Alien Children Program that occurred during the Biden Administration.
Between October 2023 and October 2024, the Office of Refugee Resettlement received 1,669 reports of sponsor-related fraud within the UAC Program. ORR reviewed these cases and found that the average rate of intentional document or information fraud exceeded 75%.
So far, ORR has identified fraud in the previous administrations UAC Program in the forms of:
āFraudulent documentation of identity
āManipulated photographs
āAddress fraud
āFingerprint fraud
āFailure by potential sponsors to fully disclose household members
āAnd unaccompanied children misrepresenting their age

FACT: Unaccompanied children placed in the care and custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) are put into removal proceedings before the immigration courts, as required under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act.
FACT: The Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act provisions related to Unaccompanied Alien Children largely dictate immigration procedures for screening and processing this category of aliens and do not confer immigration benefits to the population as a whole.
FACT: Unaccompanied children with credible claims of asylum, or who are otherwise eligible for immigration benefits, may pursue those claims; however, the majority of these minors are not granted asylum or another immigration benefit.
