Traveling feels so helpless, even after paying so much for it
This is the state of my luggage at BLR airport.
1. Missing Baggage Tag
2. Totally dismantled bag. Unusable at all.

No support from airline staff. @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI
AirIndia Express should have accepted it in the first place, instead of humiliating the incident with long and FALSE justifications. It was DEFINITELY NOT normal wear and tear.
This level of total damage and dilapidation of customer luggage is unacceptable.
And classifying it under regular wear and tear was a 100% mis interpretation and is shameful. This deserves an apology.
This was a pathetic experience with the @AirIndiaX support team.
Thanks for all the pressure from the @MoCA_GoI team, thankful and grateful.
There has been no resolution on this matter uptill now. This is so pathetic customer experience

Raised a new grievance with AirSewa with ID : FK068564.
@airsewa_MoCA @MoCA_GoI Do not close the issue without resolution. The issue is still open with @AirIndiaX provided absolutely false and vague justification
