And classifying it under regular wear and tear was a 100% mis interpretation and is shameful. This deserves an apology.  This was a pathetic experience with the  @AirIndiaX support team. Thanks for all the pressure from the @MoCA_GoI team, thankful and grateful.

AirIndia Express should have accepted it in the first place, instead of humiliating the incident with long and FALSE justifications. It was DEFINITELY NOT normal wear and tear.  This level of total damage and dilapidation of customer luggage is unacceptable.

Thank you for your response. I wish the experience had been a little easy with the support team. As a regular flyer, I know, baggages are handled very roughly, especially in India. I also understand this must not be intentional. But it was done, and couldn’t have been reversed

Just to reiterate, we had finalised on the voucher on 30th Dec 2025. But no action was taken. I understand the year end leaves. Again you asked for 3 days time on 4th Jan 2026, again no action. Why is the delay? Please be transparent with the process.

Thank you for your attention @MoCA_GoI But I would like to state that there has been no action, or response from the airline on the issue. Airline Case No : 33016729. My PIR : DPR BLR 2025 00959 AirSeva Grievance : PE042468 All these stand without any response as of now

Its been over 2 days, and there is no response ok this issue. I was assured proper reply within 24 hours. Was it a false claim?? @AirIndiaX @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI
