Recognition is like fuel to the engine. Without it, it’s hard to keep going. Recognize those that have helped you along the way!
Shoutout to Tim Anderson! A true mentor, leader, and someone who has always looked after everyone around him! @IlliniMBB @ground0training

I think one of the biggest problems with youth basketball is we don't teach fundamentals. Kids are trying to do step backs when they can't make regular lay ups. Kids are play defensive zone when they don't know how to guard on or off the ball @ground0training @MeanstreetsEYB

Weekend takeaways from Jr @NikeEYB
-Need to be more efficient in less dribbles.
- Teams that can play team defense and REBOUND win games.
-Need great guards in order to win.
- Loved seeing @JCrossover giving back to the youth and coaching on the sideline.

Strus actually hit the biggest shot of the game after Boston cut Miami’s lead to one. Strus hit a three, Bam followed up with a jump shot, and a key steal by Lowery sealed the victory for the Heat.

What a privilege it is to coach in a EYBL program @MeanstreetsEYB, where Parents/Players/Coaches still value player Development and WINNING over symbolism. #WINNING Still Matters
