Scientists have created one of the most detailed 3D reconstructions of a human cell (eukaryotic cell) ever produced.
This groundbreaking model, often termed a "Cellular Landscape Cross-Section Through a Eukaryotic Cell," combines data from X-ray tomography, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and cryo-electron microscopy to map molecular structures in extreme detail.

I love that joke
This reminds of a joke: A young priest asks a wise older priest, "What's the difference between the Jesuit and Dominican Orders?" The older priest says wearily, "Well, actually they have a lot in common. They were both founded by Spaniards, St. Dominic for the Dominicans, and St. Ignatius of Loyola for the Jesuits. They were also both founded to combat heresy: the Dominicans to fight the Albigensians, and the Jesuits to fight the Lutherans." The younger priest says, "I see. But where do the Jesuit and Dominican Orders really differ?" The older priest looks at him and says, "Well, have you met any Albigensians lately?"

Rep. Haley Stevens endorses Mike Rogers: "I'm not turning my back on Democrats. It is this one vote, and I will tell you why: because when you see hate, when you see a standing with Hasan Piker and repeated hate, it's not acceptable."

My husband has just published one of the most horrifying articles he has ever written. And I desperately want the world to read it.
The article is called **“The Death General's Messages.”** It exposes the reported private correspondence of Russian Major General Roman Demurchiev, a man whose messages reveal the terrifying brutality of Russia's war against Ukraine.
According to the investigation, Ukrainian prisoners of war were discussed as if they were objects rather than human beings. The general allegedly referred to prisoners as “gifts,” discussed their “disposal,” and even promised his wife a garland made from human ears.
Another commander reportedly suggested rewarding soldiers who had killed surrendering Ukrainian servicemen with entrenching shovels.
These are not scenes from a horror movie. These are allegations documented by investigative journalists, supported by leaked correspondence and disturbing evidence.
My husband knows what this war means.
He served as a sergeant in artillery reconnaissance with Ukraine's 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade. He fought against Russian aggression, witnessed the destruction of his homeland, and lost our family home when Russian-backed fighters burned it down in 2015.
He survived the war. But in October 2016, a drunk driver nearly killed him in Lithuania. More than twenty fractures, years of unbearable pain, and almost five years confined to bed followed.
Today, my husband is 50 years old. He uses a wheelchair. We live in Canada with our children, trying to rebuild a life that has already been shattered more than once.
I work full-time in a care home. I look after our family, our children, and my husband. Life is not easy, financially or physically. But despite everything, he continues writing.
He writes because he cannot forget the men who never returned home. He writes because Ukrainian prisoners are still suffering. He writes because the world must understand what happens when cruelty becomes part of a military system.
And sometimes I wonder how much more horror one human being can carry inside.
I see him working for hours, researching, reading testimonies, checking facts, and trying to find the right words. I know how deeply these stories affect him. He rarely talks about that part.
But I see it.
What frightens me most is not simply the brutality described in these messages. It is the apparent casualness with which human suffering was discussed. As though torture, mutilation, and murder were ordinary matters of military administration.
Imagine being the mother or wife of a captured Ukrainian soldier and learning that someone in command could speak about your loved one in such a way.
Imagine waiting for a prisoner exchange, praying every night, while the people holding your son or husband treat his life as worthless.
This is why my husband's article matters.
It is not written for entertainment. It is not another political argument. It is an attempt to make people look directly at the crimes that too many would rather ignore.
I am asking our American, Canadian, and European friends to read it and share it. Please do not allow these stories to disappear beneath political speeches, diplomatic negotiations, and endless arguments about peace.
There can be no meaningful justice without truth. And there can be no lasting peace if the suffering of victims is simply forgotten.
My husband is gradually leaving X and moving his writing to Substack. His work here has not been monetized for months, despite the enormous time and effort he puts into it.
You can read his article for free. But if you can afford a paid subscription, please consider supporting him. It would mean more to our family than you can imagine.
**Read his investigation here:**

Please read it. Please share it. And please remember the Ukrainian prisoners whose voices have been silenced.
Thank you for standing with Ukraine, and thank you for standing with my husband.

A bullet went through his head. Somehow, he inhaled it into his lungs. And he survived.
26-year-old Mykhailo “Skhidnyi” from Kramatorsk, an FPV drone pilot, was shot in the head during a firefight with two russian assault troops just two metres above his trench.
The 5.45 mm bullet pierced his skull, passed through his nasal cavity and ended up in his bronchi. Doctors retrieved it from his lungs using a magnetic probe. His brain was miraculously spared.
A month later, he was walking again. A few months later, he returned to his unit — despite being declared unfit for service and receiving a third-degree disability classification.
He went back to the front, became an instructor, trained dozens of drone pilots, and today commands a strike UAV company in the 1st Separate Assault Regiment named after Dmytro Kotsiubailo.
A kid from Donetsk Oblast who lived through russian occupation as a child in 2014. Today, he is fighting for his homeland.
Ukraine survives because of men like Mykhailo.
A bullet went through his head. It never broke his will.

We all know that Fox News is TV for stupid people, and as President Trump has recently complained about, they keep giving air time to communists and jihadists.
This morning, Fox host @RCamposDuffy Rachel Campos Duffy shocked viewers when she appeared to defend jihadist Abdul El-Sayed and suggested @HaleyforMI Haley Stevens was “sour grapes”.
In reality, Haley united with her party, but the Muslim communist told her to stay away because her fiance is Jewish.
Why is Fox News so dishonest?

🛢️ Oil and gas revenues are a key source funding the Russian state budget and its war against Ukraine.
A few years ago, nearly a third of Russia’s budget relied on oil and gas revenues: 30% in 2024, 23% in 2025, and down to 17% as of September 2026.
Less oil money means fewer resources for the Russian war machine.

I find it really interesting how Alexander Dugin is attacking me for simply pointing out that Human Events is listed in the recent FARA filing tied to Qatar.
Earlier this year, Dugin, who is an advisor to Vladimir Putin, called on Russia to provide nuclear weapons to Iran for the sake of nuking the United States and the West. I have shared the video numerous times.
Watch the video below.
This is the same @AGDugin who Tucker Qatarlson interviewed and fawned over in Russia.
In 2017, @JackPosobiec, who runs the Human Events podcast, said his “summer campaign reading” was Foundations of Geopolitics: The Geopolitical Future of Russia, which was written by Dugin.
Dugin called me a “snitch” for reporting on the FARA filing. @jsolomonReports threatened to sue me for reporting on the FARA filing.
What’s going on here?

💔 Ukraine has lost another young defender.
Diana Horun, a 23-year-old Ukrainian combat medic from Hnizdychiv in the Lviv region, was killed by a Russian drone strike in the Donetsk region.
Born in 2003, Diana served under contract as a senior combat medic in a strike drone company. Despite her young age, she chose to dedicate her life to saving Ukrainian soldiers.
She stood by her fellow soldiers until the very end, fulfilling her duty with courage and devotion.
Just 23 years old. An entire life ahead of her, stolen by Russia's war.
My deepest condolences to Diana's family, friends, and fellow soldiers.
Rest in peace, Diana. Ukraine will never forget your sacrifice. 🇺🇦💔
