🚨🚨NATIONAL SECURITY RISK THAT SHOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE Greed and the need for power and control is destroying society and nations. It is extremely clear that there is two sets of rules. Money buys power so who ever has the money has the power and can control the outcome. You can make any problem go away with blackmail and money. Just look at how Ken Griffin built his Castle Political Donations. He produces nothing but is worth 50 BILLION. Yet the companies that have life savings treatment or innovative that could make the world a better place are controlled by high frequency algorithmic trading manipulating price in nanoseconds. The problem isn't being wealth it's how did you become wealthy. I think anyone who works hard and contributes to society should be compensated. But if you earn that wealth by manipulating, stealing, and blackmail that's another story. Because you didn't earn that wealth you stole it from someone who did. MONEY HIDES LIES‼️

$NWBO It's increasingly likely that NWBO will get a National Priority Voucher (NPV) from the FDA in the next couple of months. Because if you look at what has happened, Trump was told about DCVax; he asks Dr. Oz to look into it; then Braelyn's mom shakes Trump's hand and she mentions DCVax to him and Trump asks an aide to hook up Braelyn's mom with Dr. Oz; mom talks with Dr. Oz and is told that Oz has spoken with FDA about DCVax. Whew! My guess is Dr. Oz has also spoken with the MHRA, because he needs to get back to Trump with all the facts. This is all looking too very good for NWBO.

🇺🇸❤️ BIG NEWS & A LITTLE EXTRA HOPE! 🙏 We’re headed back to London for Braelyn’s next DCVax treatment, but this trip feels different! This past week, I had the incredible opportunity to speak personally with @DrOz! He’s been discussing Braelyn’s case with the FDA, and we’re exploring possible pathways to bring her ongoing DCVax treatments HOME to America! Could Braelyn’s next treatment in MARCH actually happen right here in the USA?! 🇺🇸 Nothing is finalized, but some very important doors may be opening! Please watch, share, and keep praying! ❤️🙏 #DCvaxForBraelyn #BraelynsFight @DrOzCMS

🚨 TODAY, I submitted my public comment to the FDA regarding its proposed Rare Disease Framework. As the mother of a 19-year-old fighting an aggressive, deadly brain cancer, I have one urgent message: Patients don’t just need faster drug approvals. They need ACCESS to promising treatments while they’re still alive to benefit from them. My comment shares Braelyn’s extraordinary journey, the clinical evidence and long-term survivors associated with DCVax-L, and the enormous barriers American families face trying to access investigational treatments. I also outline Braelyn’s Bill, built around four fundamental patient rights: ❤️ The Right to Know ❤️ The Right to Preserve ❤️ The Right to Choose ❤️ The Right to Access My most urgent request is Braelyn’s Rule: Patients facing life-threatening diseases should be able to access investigational treatments through their physicians, with informed consent and manufacturer participation, without unnecessary regulatory obstacles. We should not have to fly across an ocean to access a promising cancer treatment developed right here in America. The FDA’s new framework must measure success not just by how quickly treatments are evaluated, but by whether patients can actually access them while there’s still time. I’m sharing my full four-page public comment because this fight is about far more than my daughter. It’s about every family who deserves the opportunity to fight for their loved one’s life. Please read and share. ❤️🙏 #BraelynsBill #DCVaxForBraelyn #RareDiseases

Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the FDA’s Rare Disease Framework Initiative public meeting. I had brain surgery for recurrent Glioblastoma (GBM) just a few weeks ago, but I flew to Maryland for this meeting because this new framework has the potential to change the future of GBM. I’ve fought this disease for 4.5 years, using every tool available. But my best chance now, at recurrence, is a treatment that is currently only accessible in the UK, a personalized cancer vaccine called DCVaxL. I made sure to freeze my tumor tissue specifically so I could have a chance at getting this vaccine. I should find out within the next week or two whether my tissue sample is adequate for vaccine manufacturing. More details to come. @HollensbeAmanda @LoriMills4CA42 @andrewcaravello @intrstedobservr

FDA has responded to my $NWBO #DCVax proposal. Today, the Rare Disease Innovation Hub confirmed that my submission "has been received and will be routed to the appropriate centers for consideration." I submitted a 21-page proposal advocating for DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct under the Rare Disease Framework, beginning with rare cancers. The future I am advocating is a system built to handle personalization from the start. DCVax-L uses a patient's tumor material to load their dendritic cells. DCVax-Direct places prepared dendritic cells into a tumor to acquire tumor material there. Each program has its own evidence requirements. Both make the same larger question impossible to ignore: how do we evaluate a treatment whose patient-specific inputs are supposed to vary? The framework should distinguish intentional personalization from manufacturing inconsistency. Define what must remain reliable, what changes with each patient, and how those differences affect safety and benefit. That distinction can shape the next generation of cancer treatment: 1. Preserve options before surgery. Plan consent, diagnostic allocation, tissue handling and storage while suitable material is still available. 2. Build on what has been learned. State which clinical and manufacturing evidence can be reused, where new evidence is essential, and how to test applications across rare cancer types. 3. Make every study answer a clear question. Connect mechanism, measured biological activity and meaningful patient outcomes. Use external controls and Bayesian methods when their assumptions can be justified and tested. 4. Plan for continuing care. Identify who is responsible for supply, qualified treatment sites, lawful access and financing. Beginning treatment and being able to continue it belong in the same plan. These are my recommendations as an independent physician and patient advocate. I do not speak for Northwest Biotherapeutics. FDA's reply gives us a clear next step: keep the evidence and patient experience in front of the people building this framework. Families can explain where the current system breaks down and what a workable path must provide. The measure of progress will be a family that knows what comes next, who is responsible, and how to reach them while there is still time. $NWBO #DCVax #DCVaxForBraelyn #RareCancer #PatientAdvocacy #GBM 📣 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱. FDA is taking public comment on its new Rare Disease Framework. A proposal for DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct is already in the docket, with the evidence, tissue and access questions laid out in one place. Supporting it is one way to speak with a unified voice. A hundred different asks scatter FDA’s attention. A hundred people behind one documented request give the agency something it can act on. 1️⃣ 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹. drive.google.com/file/d/1qvB… 2️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗗𝗔. regulations.gov/commenton/FD… Write it in your own words. Three things to cover: • Who you are: patient, caregiver, clinician, researcher or shareholder. • That you support the DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct proposal submitted October 29, 2026 (tracking number mvt-lzyl-zjmn), and want FDA to clarify evidence requirements, tissue preservation and a practical path to patient access. • What only you can say: what waiting has cost you or someone you love. Same ask, your own words. FDA weighs arguments, not counts, and a hundred copies of one letter count as one. 📅 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: December 11, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Comments are public. $NWBO #DCVax #DCVaxForBraelyn #RareDisease #RareCancer #Immunotherapy #PatientAdvocacy #CancerResearch 🧬 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗖𝗩𝗮𝘅 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗗𝗔. A 21-page proposal with 52 cited sources, filed to the public docket for FDA’s 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and sent to the Rare Disease Innovation Hub with a one-page summary. Both are in the images. My advocacy is specific: 𝗗𝗖𝗩𝗮𝘅-𝗟 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗖𝗩𝗮𝘅-𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁, beginning with rare cancers. I submitted this in my personal capacity as a physician and patient advocate. I am not affiliated with Northwest Biotherapeutics and do not speak for the company. The ask: one published development example connecting three plans, the evidence, the tissue and manufacturing, and the patient’s route to care, so that a patient can begin treatment 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝘁. I asked FDA to name a coordinating office, publish a workplan within 90 days of the comment period closing, and include patients before key decisions are fixed. One distinction runs through the whole proposal: more analyses of the same patients are not independent evidence. FDA is inviting patients and advocates to shape this framework now, while it is still being designed. Behind every question about evidence, tissue or access is a family trying to keep someone alive. As I watched that speech, I assumed that the Cubans would face consequences back home if they didn't act ignorant in public!
NEW: Mike Waltz says a Cuban official who allegedly attacked one of his staffers during a confrontation at the UN is getting a one-way trip back to Cuba. The U.S. ambassador says the trouble started when Cuban diplomats tried to pressure a UN clerk into shutting off his microphone as he spoke against the regime. But things escalated off-camera. Waltz says a staffer filming the confrontation was pushed and slapped, with a Cuban official knocking the phone out of his hand. Now, Waltz says Secretary of State Marco Rubio has ordered the official sent home.

$NWBO 19-year-old @HollensbeBrae and her mom, @HollensbeAmanda, spent about six weeks in London this summer so Braelyn could receive DCVax, a promising nontoxic glioblastoma treatment from @NorthwestBio, a small American biotech. They have a big thank you to all of you as they head overseas yet again for the next treatment. When Braelyn was diagnosed at 16, she was given one to three months to live. After her latest surgery, proton radiation, and three doses of DCVax, her latest MRI shows “No Evidence of Disease.” Despite decades of promising results and long-term survivors, Braelyn still can’t get this treatment in the U.S. When will the FDA and politicians let an American patient receive this American-developed treatment at home? @SpimacoAddwaeih @aljedai @MHRAgovuk @KCHLSAUDI @KCHAbuDhabi
$NWBO It appears Braelyn’s story has made it to @POTUS @HollensbeAmanda responds to @DrOz’s report this morning. Included in this video - Video #17 of Braelyn’s celebration and the Hollensbe’s “Thank You” 16 short video 🧵of Braelyn’s story below. Thanks for the find @pammirama! Maybe Braelyn can get her November treatment by @NorthwestBio, an American company, in the U.S.??

Ken Paxton is legitimately awesome. This race wouldn’t even have been close if Republicans didn’t spend $100m attacking Ken for whatever was left of John Cornyn. Vote for Paxton!
The future of Texas depends on you. 🇺🇸 Early voting ends October 30. Election Day is November 3. Make your plan and get out to vote. Encourage your friends and family to vote, too. Vote Republican up and down the ballot.
