How many more Dhrumils and Minals have to suffer because reckless drivers think the road is their personal racetrack?
●In Ghatkopar, a driver identified as Uttam Patel and minor crashed into innocent people — leaving Dhrumil on a ventilator and *Minal with multiple fractures — and kept going like nothing happened!?
●This isn’t an accident — it is criminal negligence and total disregard for human life.
●Uttam Patel was under the influence of alcohol he can be seen in the video previously doing stunts with car and has history of rash driving. Extremely arrogant uttam Patel is seen with no guilt atall.
He being from a rich background is trying to suppress the case by spreading fake narratives.
●THIS IS NOT AN “ACCIDENT.”
This is attempted murder by negligence. Where is the fear of law? Where is fast-track justice?
Where is zero tolerance?
Every hit-and-run driver is a potential killer. Every delay in punishment is state-sponsored silence.
Mumbai deserves safer roads. India deserves stricter laws.

Can relate to the ordeal they've put you through. I had faced a similar situation. Not just the support but the senior leadership also are a bunch of arrogant folks. I only realised later after reading about customer experiences on Twitter & Reddit. Don't ever apply through them
If there is one travel advice I would give everyone in India, that would be to never trust @atlys_support.
Here is a breakdown of how Atlys is probably the worst service in the last few years that I've interacted with.

While travelling from Mumbai to Pune for judicial work, Naigaon LA1 API Balbhim Nanavare found a suspicious guy travelling with an 8 year old girl in train.
To avoid suspicion, the kidnaper was offering food & toys to the minor resulting in the girl happily travelling with him.
While inquiring, the guy started behaving more suspiciously, so API asked the contact details of the minor’s parent.
After contacting her relatives, he got to know that the girl hasn’t returned from the school and the guy travelling along is not known to her.
Acting swiftly, API Nanavare along with fellow travellers and Railway Police caught hold of the kidnapper & handed him over to Pune Railway Police. The case has been registered at Valiv Pstn.

Pune Metro Guard, Mr. Vikas Bangar, displayed an exemplary presence of mind that saved the life of a 3-year-old boy. On the date 19.01.2024 at 14:22 hrs,
A 3-year-old boy fell onto the tracks from the Civil Court Elevated Station, Platform 2. To save the child, the child's mother also fell in an attempt to rescue her child. The on-duty guard observed the incident and immediately operated the emergency train stop button while the train was just 30 meters away from the station on both sides. After operating the (E.S.P) button, the train on both tracks stopped before the Civil Court Elevated Station.
In the meantime, the child and his mother were successfully rescued from the track and reunited with their family. Guard Shri. Vikas Bangar is being felicitated by Maha Metro for his exemplary work.
