Client experience has been my number one marketing strategy for YEARS. Making sure your CURRENT clients (and customers) adore working with you is single-handedly the most important thing I focus on at my design studio (and why I built a tool to support all of my CRM needs).
Over at our design studio @hellofunction we run primarily on referrals. Actually, if we are being honest, that’s about the only thing we put our marketing effort towards these days. And it WORKS.
By focusing on client experience, I don't have to be pressured into overwhelming marketing efforts, unrealistic costs, or tied to social media for business growth. In fact, we've had our most successful years OFF of social media.
Today:
- Coffee
- Meetings (Marketing + Product Design)
- Mobile UI design for new student dashboard on LMS platform
Let's gooooooooo.

CRM: sending my auto-reminders for unpaid invoices and following up with leads for me. ✅✅

Freelance designers believe their design work is the end product clients purchase. But in reality, we're selling a "service". Shift your focus to delivering exceptional service to your clients. Everything else will naturally follow.
Go team @hey_marvelous! We worked together to bring these Marvelous Magic Pages™ to life this week. 💪🏻
