@backmarket Screen failed and cracked despite not being dropped and protected in a bumper case. Seems Backmarket are now farming out to dodgy service providers refurbishing with cheap Chinese parts. Won’t be buying from them again. Terrible service.

@ThreeUK just wasted 50 minutes to be told the thing I knew. North London masts not working right and won’t be til 30 Oct???!!! No broadband and no service. No pre warning of this. Can I leave my contract for breach of service please?
