The ones potentially going back to spending (I don't know of or have seen anyone do this, personally) are imo most likely not the ones protesting loudly online, but rather those who previously boycotted "by themselves" at home without being a part of the protest. Higher revenue doesn't even necessarily mean that more people are spending, it can also mean that the non-boycotters have spent more individually, because of all the paid content currently available in the game. Additionally: we haven't even seen the revenue for global for a little while now. It doesn't make sense to hold global boycotters accountable for the (CN!) qimai revenue. October is soon over. We'll then see from gacharevenue (revenue.ennead.cc/revenue) how the (approximated) revenue turned out. I do not think it will be as high as people fear, for neither global nor CN.
