Student councils across the University of the Philippines System convene for the second day of the 58th convention of the General Assembly of Student Councils at UP Diliman Extension Program in Pampanga.
Today, the assembly will discuss the national situation and engage in resolution-building and discussions that will guide the councils in forwarding mass campaigns and the students’ interests.
