Dr Marwan Al Sultan a cardiologist in Gaza. He was killed by the IDF along side his beautiful family while at home in an airstrike. Only one cardiologist remains in Gaza. May he, his family, and the countless others rest in peace.

The Netanyahu government has killed 50,000 people in Gaza & wounded 112,000.
Two weeks ago, they broke the ceasefire and have since killed 322 children & wounded 600.
The US must end its complicity.

Netanyahu has not allowed any aid into Gaza in 22 days. He broke the ceasefire, resuming a bombing campaign that has killed more than 50,000 people. Now he is threatening a long-term occupation of Gaza.

I can’t wait till AI gets up at 2am in the morning to take care of a heart attack patient, talk to the family, talk to the ED team, talk to the ICU team, tell the patient and team members what’s happening. Looks like an easily replaceable job. What happened to good guy Elon?
