The reason I’ve been harping on about the contract’s text is because if Anthropic was trying to impose *new* rules on the DoD which were not in the original contract, the argument that the DoD is overreacting would be less strong.

Like, you can say that the rules in a contract aren’t law, but my understanding is that in fact the government cannot arbitrarily disregard the contents of contracts it has signed in most cases.

Hazebot now supports the US EPA conversion (cfpub.epa.gov/si/si_public_r…). You can set your preferred conversion via the Hazebot menu (by texting "M"). This feature is still very much in beta so if you notice anything wonky, LMK.
