THE WORST thing the NBA did was directly tie contracts with games played just out of spite of Joel Embiid… Hali Ant Edwards Kawhi Jalen W JJJ Paolo Suggs All hurt the 1st week into the season & some will have their future contracts hurt because of it. Insanity. Really bad.

This is obviously outrageous, but I also need everyone to understand that means testing effectively does the same thing. You need to have an address and phone for recertification notices and you need to be be able to produce documents, or you lose insurance/food/income.

A representative from Jaylen Brown’s team told ESPN that reports that he demanded a trade or presented the Celtics with a list of demands are “10000% a lie.” Brown never requested a trade to Milwaukee, the representative said. After the deal fell through and Boston informed him he’d be traded, his only request was to have input on his destination.

What a collapse by the Cavs. Insanely impressed by the Sixers. Their transition offense can just explode and we saw that in both 3rd quarters they’ve played. So much hinges on Embiid’s activity on defense. But when they’re engaged on D, phew are they fun.
