Pemerintahan Prabowo telah menetapkan 77 PSN, 29 di antaranya PSN baru, salah satunya militerisasi proyek lumbung pangan dan PSN tebu di Merauke.  Kedua proyek ini dikelola konglomerat sawit dan Andi Syamsuddin Arsyad alias Isam, pengusaha Kalimantan Selatan yang bisnisnya moncer di bawah Jokowi dan menyokong Prabowo.
