I am getting lots of incoming questions about the public execution of Nidal Hasan, mostly because I have been outspoken on wanting public executions for over a decade. My position is simple: Executions should be public and brutal, not private and medicalized. They are the ultimate example of the state's monopoly on violence, and the only way to keep that from running out of control is to confront voters with the trade they have made every single time, that they might have appropiate confidence or revulsion in the institution. This is not new thinking. George Washington thought the same. The way we have shifted from hanging to firing squads to doctors quietly injecting chemicals that send our worst gently off to sleep is awful and dystopian, a total short-circuiting of important feedback mechanisms. It makes needless executions more likely, not less so. People who demean this as barbaric or yucky miss the whole point. It doesn't somehow become torture or inhumane (as the UN is suddenly claiming) just because we decline to hide the act behind a curtain. And then there are those who suggest any revel in the death of those who truly deserve it is an indicator of a broken or diseased mind. To the contrary. It is normal, good, and aligned with our natural and national order. That it has not been done here in 60 years is an indictment in and of itself. And that is without even getting into the fact that men were not hung for stealing horse, but that horses may not be stolen. "I would to God that one of the most attrocious in each State was hung in Gibbets, up on a gallows five times as high as the one prepared by Haman. No punishment, in my opinion, is too great for the Man, who can build his greatness upon his Country’s ruin." - George Washington, 1778

The greatest insight that the study of history has offered me is that time is, indeed, a flat circle. This has all happened before and it will again.
We flatter ourselves that we are ‘advancing’ and that society is ‘getting better.’ But we did modern witch hunts just a few years ago and called them ‘me too.’ No one was drowned. But we destroyed entire livelihoods, and the fanaticism of unthinking mobs was the same.

No man steals copper, and so, there is no crime committed in summarily putting a copper thief to the sword. By sheer disproportionality of cost of repair, against the pennies attained by the thieves, the only correct punishment for copper theft is death. Make no mistake, these are not intelligent, scheming scoundrels; they are the incompetent, indolent refuse of the world. Subhuman mould, entropy given humanoid form, ripping into the most necessary parts of your civilization so they can pawn it off for a day's wages. These are not capable, competent, intelligent criminals that can effectively organize and terrorize; they are idiots, too stupid to hold a job, too stupid to find valuable targets, and too stupid to understand consequences. They are beasts, nothing more. And when a beast bites the hand that feeds, you kill it.

This study explains literally everything we see with white liberal woman’s suicidal empathy and its from 20 years ago. In the experiment, there are subjects playing a game and subjects observing it. when researchers shocked players for playing fairly, both men and women observers felt empathy for them. However when researchers shocked players for cheating, male empathy went way down and their pleasure centers lit up. While women’s response was basically unchanged regardless of the players behavior. Female biology literally feels empathy toward people receiving punishment regardless of whether they deserved it, while male empathy is conditional based on behavior. In retrospect this is obviously exactly what happens but it explains so much about our modern political situation that i am dumbfounded i have never heard about it until now.

We can also narrow this down by looking at the neurological research from Tania Singer showing that empathy is the "Emperor's New Cloths" meaning empathy undresses the subconscious neurological and truthful reactions in men and women. Women are shown to have empathy for thieves and criminals, and men have no empathy for them and want to instill justice. The same is not true for women. PS. Only 16 people were tested. But since they are using fMRI. People can't hide their neurological subconscious systems and reactions, making it so much more evident, even though there is a low cohort.

I remember the moment I realized the patriarchy was eternal and could never be destroyed or conquered. It was, like the Black Iron Prison, a Roman Empire that changed shape yet whose walls remained constant through space and time. I was warm and giggly and happy when I figured this out, relieved, even as my heart sank, because feminism was like a pebble in my shoe I kept rolling on over and over again and couldn't seem to contend with. It had good platitudes and creeds but it shape didn't make sense to me, and no matter how I tried to believe (I wanted so badly to be a "good ally") I couldn't reconcile it with the truth of what I saw around me: I saw that any matriarchy that existed was at the behest of men, and that any rights women had were at the behest of men, and that no matter how much we extrapolated male power through state violence, taxes, and laws, or crowned "independent women" dancing on stage, or advanced technologies, that raw physical power of men could never be taken away from them, and that any moment that men wanted the power back from us they could simply take it. The only power we had over men was instilling in them the desire to please us and casting witch-spells of words over them to convince them that we had changed reality underfoot. This is the reason many young men don't even believe they're naturally stronger than their girlfriends: but they second they realize this, the spell evaporates. The magic dissolves. It cannot be sustained against the hard bottom of the real. But this isn't necessarily a bad thing. In fact, I'd say in a lot of ways this is a good thing. It's just the word "patriarchy" has been cast another witch-spell, an idea smeared and sullied and come to be synonymous with evil. We've created a history of evil and suppression. But if you'd peel it back, maybe you'd see something else entirely. Maybe you'd see woman not as an object of oppression, a victim, a beast of burden, but as the flowering center of all life itself; that which is the reason for all life to exist, that which men surrounds and centers and must contend with over and over again. For how can such a delicate, seemingly weak creature make him want to bleed, build cities, drown in the center of his own soul? What power does she possess that he cannot conquer with a sword? What is she? What is she? He can kill her, but that won't mean he possesses her. So all the beauty in the world he brings to her, in an attempt to win her heart.

One of the great lessons of COVID is that random dudes with a spergy fixation on virology blew the goddamn doors off both the virology and public policy experts. "Public policy expert", it turns out, selects mainly for qualities other than expertise.
this Yarvin thing where he goes out of his way to debate actual mainstream intellectuals has been massively illuminating -- the Establishment premise that "real thought" is going on behind closed doors and whatever one might do in the trenches of the internet will amount to nothing in comparison is entirely dismantled when you actually pit a prominent internet autist against a high profile legacy practitioner and it becomes immediately obvious that the former has like a half standard deviation advantage across most relevant faculties

You are a liberal. You're concerned that the government has stifled a man's speech over misinformation. Tomorrow you will wake up and buy your morning coffee, but your card gets declined. Bank of America says that you violated terms and conditions. There's a grainy photograph of you from five years ago, huddled shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of racial justice protesters. This photo was published by the FBI, and someone recognized you. Likely someone you considered a friend. You are a liberal. You're concerned that the home of AOC was raided by the FBI. Several of her staffers and lawyers have been imprisoned. An open letter was signed by one hundred national security experts, stating that she is an agent of Venezuela. Signatories include Nick Fuentes, Bronze Age Pervert, and cumpumper1488. You are a liberal. You're concerned that your capital hill district was taken over by a right wing militia. They've erected blockades and patrol the perimeter with AR15's. The government does not intervene, they surrender the nearest police station, they negotiate and request permission for EMT access. A young black man gets into a shootout with the militia. He's given a trial. Right Wing shock troops gather outside the courthouse daily. He is found guilty. Later, one of his jurors gives an interview wearing a Proud Boys t-shirt. You are a liberal. You've been sentenced to ten years in prison over a meme. You are a liberal. Your truck left skid marks on an American flag mural and you're charged with a hate crime. You are a liberal. You trained your pug to do a communist salute and now the government has some questions for you. You are a liberal. You've been kicked out of school. Your kidney transplant was denied. You're on a no fly list. You can't get a bank account. You've been fired. Your friends are denouncing you. Protestors are at your front door. You are a liberal. And the right has gone bananas.

The industrial revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race. Once economic production no longer needs human labor at all, it will make the industrial revolution look like a garden party
When the marginal cost of: - Energy - Labor - Intelligence Fall to ~$0. Humanity enters an era of ABUNDANCE. The future is gonna be amazing.

This is classic tragedy of the commons. Your individual sheep did not overgraze that pasture. Yet, through combined effort, we behold bare earth. Every nibble counts. It was not individually rational to heel your herd. Everyone else was doing it. Yet, the fields are barren.

Cutting down a tree in a park should not bring an easy death
What happened to Iryna Zarutska should be impossible. In 18th century Britain, there were 200 capital crimes. Pickpocketing, forging documents, even cutting down a tree in a park. Now monsters are arrested 14 times for worse crimes and walk free. We don't have to live like this.

DARK ABUNDANCE. We build the abundance pilled high speed rail system but we cane you if you try smoke meth or crack in front of families on the train. We build an awesome public subway system but just straight up shoot you if you try push Asian grandmas onto the tracks. Perfect compromise between the left and the right. Beautiful expansive public works for everybody coupled with knuckleduster punishments for anti-social violent thugs who ruin the lives of working class and middle class people.

“Free speech is cognitively very unnatural. It doesn’t assert to people that it needs constant defense, otherwise we backslide into orthodoxy. Because what is natural—this is well established in cognitive psychology—is: the people on my side are self-evidently right; the people on the other side are spreading dangerous falsehoods. Therefore, for the good of society, we have to shut up the people who are obviously incorrect and immoral. Of course, the people on the other side say the same thing, with the sides switched. And if you have a little bit of wisdom—if you can dislodge yourself from your own vantage point, and look down on yourself as a human being. You realize: hey, I’m not an angel. Yeah, I do believe these things, but maybe I'm wrong. How would I know I’m wrong unless I hear other opinions?"

“All power, all subordination rests on the executioner: he is the terror and the bond of human association. Remove this incomprehensible agent from the world, and the very moment order gives way to chaos, thrones topple, and society disappears… The executioner is the cornerstone of society.” -Joseph de Maistre
