Die Kanban-Methode ist viel viel mehr als das. Und - kleiner Cliffhanger - weder die Praktiken noch die Prinzipien der Kanban-Methode lauten "Baue Kanban Boards und nimm Klebezettel"! Warum machen wir das also?

If you’re still using story points, I"m sorry, but bear in mind that not finishing an 8 pointer is a big deal. Not finishing one of five 1 pointers is a nonevent. Just put it back on the backlog. Don’t estimate size; make everything smaller instead.

I often see misconceptions about ensemble/mob programming. The most common is "it's 5 people sitting around watching one person work." In fact, it 5 people working while one takes notes in code, and that role rotates every few minutes.
