My upcoming personal debut 'Bipolar Blob' navigates all the emotions that come with Bipolar, in a simple fun perspective, originally written for my daughter to understand more, now published by @SweetCherryPub so lots more children can understand too!

Myself and Clare are in the process of setting up a community group and are on the look out for more like minded individuals to join our committee management team.
Are you passionate about supporting women's wellbeing or know someone that might? – at Yorkshire and The Humber, England
Hello 👋
I'm reaching out to see if any of my connections or further afield may have any tips on creating a community mental health and wellbeing group.
Myself and my friend Clare, both who have different experiences living with mental illness, are looking into ... (1/6)
.. living with mental ill-health want and need. We also feel it will help us both greatly with our own minds.
What we are looking for at the moment is any tips on starting out, registering as a charity, finding funding, and just anyone that could lend a bit of time... (5/6)
... that is knowledgeable in community charity startups.
Any re-tweets greatly appreciated!
Please feel free to message me directly on here, or email me:

Thank you! (6/6)

Elsie Dot - You were small but made the biggest impression on everyone around you. You will live forever in our hearts.

We’ve received a lot of messages in the last 24hrs, sorry I couldn’t reply to everyone but I’m sure you understand why. Thank you for your kindness and support, it means a lot.
Teddy my 7 yr old daughter was at the horrific incident in Southport yesterday.
She went in with her best friend, a friend she was so lucky to have; the smartest, prettiest little angel from the best family you could ever wish to know. It breaks my heart to say her little friend has been taken away from this cruel world. We just pray she is in peace and her family find the strength to get through this.
Her Mum, My Dad an I were one of the first at scene, when only 3 officers present so the media reports of it being armed officers who detained him is not true - it was local, every day police officers. They defied orders and risked their own lives to protect the lives of children from our community.
The things witnessed will live in our memories forever. Those same police officers; who get paid less than a McDonald’s manager, got home, hugged their own kids and got back up this morning to do it all again, are now being attacked on the streets.
No matter what your political views are, they are not the problem. Please, for the sake of the poor victims and their families, STOP THE VIOLENCE.
We will forever be in debt to Leanne, Heidi, Greg, Joel, John and every other hero who helped save so many lives.
💙 ❤️💜

Where's Billy? 👀
Billy - the Mental Health Bill the UK govt promised to deliver.
We’ve waited too long for reforms to the 40-year-old Mental Health Act - reforms that will give people more say in their treatment and strengthen their rights while in mental health hospital. 1/2
Where's Billy @rishisunak? Nearly 35,000 of us signed @mindcharity's petition asking you where the Mental Health Bill is. It was handed into @10downingstreet today. Keep your promise & reform the Mental Health Act before the next election #RaiseTheStandard

More than welcome 🤗 you all helped me more than you'll ever know when I stayed there back in 2021 and got diagnosed with Bipolar during my stay. this was the first book I worked on and raised the money for on a crowdfunder to get printed ❤️ sending well wishes to patients!
A massive thank you to @j0diesmith for the amazing donations of her own book!!! What an achievement. All our current babies have their own book. Read a little about Jodie’s story 💕 @Pip1RMN @TraceyintheUK @LisaCarter10 @mazsmith1674 @Amyay
