Comeback at 45 ?? 🙈😱 asked my daughter to train me for the 1st time in 10 years yesterday,and it made me realise and regret even more that I retired at 35 way to early through addiction and depression and I didn’t speak up and ask for help ,don’t wait and make the same mistake as me and cut short your career/dreams,be brave and ask for help 🙌what you reckon @1JohnAchterberg @NeilMellor33 @TheRedmenTV life in the old dog yet 🧤🧤⚽️

4 YEARS CLEAN TODAY I don’t want pats on the back it was my fault,I put the pills in my mouth nobody else, This post is for anyone that feels they can’t go on with life anymore through Mental health depression,anxiety and for those who are battling Addiction,YOU CAN fight back if you fight hard enough,I’m 4 years clean today from a 10 year Painkiller (Tramadol) addiction,through those 10 years my depression and anxiety hit rock bottom,if the pills didn’t kill me i would of killed myself,but the turning point was TELLING THE TRUTH ,OWNING RESPONSIBILITY ,OPENING UP AND ASKING FOR HELP please don’t give in ,talk and ask for help and take it 1 day at a time ,thank you to everyone that has got me to where I am today especially my Wife,Daughter family and friends and colleagues ,and people who got in touch I’d never met before and especially the 🐕🐕😉❤️❤️ NEVER GIVE IN !!!
