🇨🇦 Every Canadian should read this twice: 🇨🇦 Canada ranks— 🥉 3rd in uranium 🥇 1st in potash 🥈 2nd in nickel 🥉 3rd in oil 🏅 5th in gold 💧 4th in freshwater reserves 🥉 3rd in Forest Lumber & Soft Wood Countries start wars for LESS than this. And somehow we are told we’re too poor to cut taxes, too broke to build homes, too weak to compete, too small to matter. It took historic levels of incompetence and ideological sabotage to bury a country this blessed.🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Imagine where Canada would be if we were actually allowed to win.💰💰💰

Alberta Independence Reason #1797 The Fraser Institute’s Economic Freedom of North America report shows something Albertans already know: We are being held back. On this map, the jurisdictions ranked “Most Free” are entirely in the United States. Alberta doesn’t make that top tier, not because of our values, our economy, or our people, but because Ottawa’s policies drag us down. Federal taxes. Federal regulations. Federal carbon schemes. Pipeline blocks. Emissions caps. Equalization. National programs we don’t control. All of it reduces Alberta’s economic freedom score. But here’s the truth the map also reveals: If Alberta controlled its own tax policy, resource development, regulations, and economic decisions, we would easily rank among the “Most Free” nations in North America, and likely the world. We already outperform all Canadian provinces even under Ottawa’s thumb. Imagine what Alberta could do without it. In a strong and free Alberta, we would join the ranks of the freest, most prosperous jurisdictions on Earth, because our future would finally be shaped by Albertans, not by a federal government that holds us back.

Incredibly, The bill has passed its first reading with a vote of 87-2. “The bill’s purpose is to recognize the achievements of the Freedom Convoy, one of the largest peaceful demonstrations in Canadian History. It inspired movements across the globe to stand against lockdowns and government overreach.” More here: kelownanow.com/watercooler/n… @LichTamara @ChrisBarber1975 @echipiuk @ikwilson @KarlDHarrison @ReginaWatteel

WHY DID THE CFIA NOT TEST THE OSTRICHES? The Peacocks at the Summerland Bird Sanctuary have been spared after the CFIA tested the birds for H5N1 and the tests came back negative. So why was this not done at the Universal Ostrich Farm? Why were threats of fines of hundreds of thousands of $$$ made against the farm owners, to prevent the ostriches being tested for the virus? Thousands of wild birds landed in the ostrich kill pen over several days, interacting and likely ingesting parts of the ostriches. Were the Ostriches really a biohazard? It seems that after 300 days of health, that the whole hazmat suit and Media reports are false. The CFIA needs to explain why the ostriches were so brutally massacred in the dark, by shooting upwards of 1,000 rounds into the birds, over several hours, potentially creating a mega H5N1 transmission site that wild birds & rodents easily interacted with. What kind of demented society are we living in where the government seize property, steal property, arrest the owners and supporters and do so without having to be accountable? --If the CFIA did the butchering of the ostriches to be vindictive to the farm owners, people within the CFIA who made that decision belong behind bars.-- Call out to your MPs, the CFIA & the owners of the Universal Ostrich farm to testify under oath at an Agriculture and Agri-Food committee. #ostrichfarm #CFIA #critteraid

P.S. that means interest rates are going higher. The overnight interest rates are set by the bank of Canada, but the long term interest rates mortgage holders pay are set by the bond market. Once it’s time to renew your mortgage, rates will go up. Be prepared.

UNIVERSAL OSTRICH FARM - LEGAL BRIEF NOV 21 Re: Alleged Improper Handling and Disposal of Ostrich Carcasses Following CFIA-Ordered Culling in Edgewood, B.C. Prepared for: Counsel / Regulatory Authorities Date: November 2025 I. INTRODUCTION This brief addresses evidence indicating that the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (“CFIA”) and its contracted vendor, Super Save Disposal, failed to comply with federal and provincial laws governing the transport and disposal of biological waste following the mass cull of approximately 314 ostriches at Universal Ostrich Farms in Edgewood, British Columbia. The incidents described constitute potential violations of the Health of Animals Act, the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, the BC Environmental Management Act, the BC Hazardous Waste Regulation, and may further constitute a public nuisance under Criminal Code s. 180. II. QUESTIONS PRESENTED Did CFIA and/or its contractors unlawfully transport or store infectious animal remains in violation of federal transport-of-dangerous-goods regulations? Did the storage of decomposing carcasses in open-top containers constitute illegal handling of hazardous waste under British Columbia’s Environmental Management Act and Hazardous Waste Regulation? Did CFIA misrepresent or conceal the true disposal status of the carcasses, contrary to its public statements issued on November 13, 2025? Do the described acts constitute a public nuisance, environmental contamination, or criminal negligence? What enforcement or legal remedies are available? III. STATEMENT OF FACTS The following facts are based on documented eyewitness accounts, photographic and video evidence, and continuous monitoring by local residents: 314 ostrich carcasses were culled by CFIA at Universal Ostrich Farms due to alleged H5N1 infection. On or about November 6–7, 2025, Super Save Disposal trucks transported the carcasses to the company’s commercial lot at 19395 Langley Bypass, Surrey, BC. Upon arrival, the carcasses were placed in blue open-top disposal bins, not sealed, labelled, or secured. As of November 15, 2025—nine days after delivery—the bins remained: Unprocessed, Unsealed, Exposed to weather, Emitting strong decomposition odors detectable from adjacent roads and neighborhoods, Leaking fluids onto soil and pavement. CFIA publicly stated, through CBC News, CityNews, and CTV News (Nov. 13, 2025), that the carcasses had been “disposed of through deep burial at an approved BC landfill.” Eyewitnesses tracked the trucks from the farm directly to the Surrey site and report: No subsequent movement of bins, No CFIA follow-up, No landfill delivery. No landfill receipts, scale tickets, or transport manifests have been produced. Super Save Disposal is not registered as a licensed biomedical or hazardous waste carrier in BC. Workers at the site were observed operating without personal protective equipment, contrary to biohazard standards. The site lies adjacent to a biodiversity preserve and residential area, raising concerns of soil, air, and groundwater contamination. IV. APPLICABLE LAW A. Federal Law 1. Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act (TDGA) Infectious substances (Class 6.2) require: Sealed, non-porous, leak-proof packaging Placarded vehicles Trained handlers Transport manifests Specialized containment meeting CAN/CGSB-43.125 standards 2. Health of Animals Act CFIA must ensure containment of infected animal remains to prevent disease spread. Breach of biosecurity requirements constitutes an offence. B. British Columbia Provincial Law 1. Environmental Management Act (EMA) Prohibits improper storage or disposal of waste that may contaminate environment. Fines up to $1,000,000 per day for unlawful release of contaminants. 2. Hazardous Waste Regulation (HWR) Applies to biological waste including contaminated carcasses. Requirements: Licensed hazardous-waste carrier Complete waste manifests Sealed, secured containers Storage only at permitted facilities 3. Occupational Health and Safety Regulation – Part 6 Workers must be protected from exposure to biological agents. PPE required when handling biohazard waste. C. Criminal Law Criminal Code s. 180 — Public Nuisance Occurs where: An act endangers public health or causes extensive interference with community comfort. V. ANALYSIS 1. Transport Violations If the carcasses were infected with H5N1—as CFIA stated—they constitute Class 6.2 infectious waste. Transporting them: In open-top bins, In unmarked trucks, Without sealed packaging, Without biohazard placarding, violates explicit TDG Act requirements. 2. Improper Storage at Surrey lot The storage site is: Unlicensed for biomedical waste, Unsecured, Adjacent to sensitive ecological areas. This directly violates HWR ss. 7–11, which prohibit accumulation of hazardous waste except at authorized facilities. 3. Environmental contamination risk Leaking decomposition fluid, scavenger attraction, and aerosolization constitute harmful discharge under EMA s. 6. This creates liability for: CFIA, Super Save Disposal, Site managers. 4. CFIA Misrepresentation CFIA’s public statement claiming deep burial disposal contradicts: Continuous physical evidence, Eyewitness surveillance, Lack of manifest/receipts. If shown to be false, this may constitute: Administrative misconduct, Negligent misrepresentation, Breach of federal duty of transparency. 5. Public Nuisance & Criminal Negligence Strong odors and contaminant leaks affecting nearby residents satisfy elements of Criminal Code s.180, particularly where officials acted with reckless disregard. VI. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES AND LIABILITY For CFIA Officials Administrative negligence Breach of Health of Animals Act Misleading public communications Potential liability under EMA if they authorized noncompliant disposal For Super Save Disposal Operating as an unlicensed biohazard carrier Improper storage of hazardous materials Environmental contamination Worker-safety violations (WorkSafeBC sanctions) For RCMP Escorts (limited) Professional misconduct if they facilitated unlawful transport without verifying compliance VII. EVIDENCE REQUIRED FOR PROCEEDING Recommended evidence collection: Continuous video or time-stamped photos of bins Odor impact statements from residents Samples of leaked fluids (if safe/legal) Documentation of lack of PPE ATIP/FOI copies of: Manifests CFIA disposal orders Landfill receipts Contracts with Super Save Witness affidavits VIII. REMEDIES AVAILABLE A. Administrative Remedies Environmental order removing hazardous waste immediately Conservation Officer Service enforcement WorkSafeBC citation and shutdown CFIA investigation and disciplinary action B. Civil Remedies Injunction compelling removal of waste Damages for nuisance (residents) Judicial review of CFIA’s disposal decision C. Criminal Remedies Charges under: EMA (environmental contamination) TDGA (unlawful transport of dangerous goods) Criminal Code s.180 (public nuisance) D. Federal Oversight Complaint to Auditor General Complaint to Office of Public Sector Integrity Commissioner Parliamentary petition IX. CONCLUSION Available evidence strongly suggests that CFIA and its contractor failed to comply with mandatory transport, disposal, and biohazard-handling regulations. The contradictions between CFIA’s public claims and on-the-ground reality constitute a serious breach of public trust. Immediate investigation by provincial and federal regulators is warranted. Legal action may be merited depending on further documentation obtained by FOI/ATIP. #FarmerProtest2025 #CFIA #Supersave #Nov6

They promised a fossil-free world. Twenty-five years later, we got… a rounding error. In 2000, fossil fuels powered ~88% of global energy. In 2024, they still powered 86%. That’s after trillions in subsidies, millions of turbines and panels, and two decades of “last chance” climate summits. The Energy Institute’s brand-new Statistical Review is a wrecking ball for the narrative: record energy demand, record fossil use, record emissions — and renewables still stuck at ~6% of primary energy. This isn’t a political opinion. It’s the global energy scoreboard. And it shows the “transition” isn’t replacing fossil fuels… it’s adding on top of them while demand explodes in Asia. If you want to understand why Net Zero is delusional, why grids get shakier, why bills keep rising, and why China is laughing while burning coal and exporting your subsidized green tech — this is the data walk-through you’ve been waiting for. Since may 2025 (six months) CFIA has destroyed 14.5 million chickens. That's over 60 million dinners. CFIA employees bathe in animal blood. 8,735,000 birds in British Columbia alone! The farms are being targeted. This is not about Avian Influenza.

CFIA - PAUL MacKinnon PRESIDENT & Architect of the Emergencies Act Invocation CONVOY 2022 — Paul MacKinnon was appointed President of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) on January 27, 2024. Replacing Mark Holland. Most people don’t realize this, but the man at the top of the CFIA right now, Paul MacKinnon, isn’t just some random bureaucrat who wandered in from Agriculture Canada. ❓Before he became CFIA president, he was one of the senior architects behind the federal government’s 2022 invocation of the Emergencies Act. ❓He held a top position inside the Privy Council Office during that period — Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet for Governance — the branch responsible for coordinating the internal machinery that creates the legal justification for extraordinary government powers. ❓That role meant overseeing the Cabinet governance process and the PCO divisions that drafted the documents required under Section 58 of the Emergencies Act: the consultations report, the explanation tabled in Parliament, and the justification memo claiming the legal threshold had been met. The Federal Court ruled in January 2024 that the invocation was unreasonable and outside the government’s legal authority. In plain language: the justification package produced under the PCO branches Paul MacKinnon supervised did not meet the threshold required by law. This isn’t speculation or rumour. It’s the court ruling and the public record of his position at the time. 🛑Now fast-forward to the present CFIA crisis. We’re watching the same pattern play out again, but this time in agriculture instead of national security. Excessive authority. No accountability. Unsafe decisions defended after the fact. A complete disconnect between what the law actually requires and what the agency does on the ground. A culture where the ends justify the means, even when the means include endangering the public, violating standards, and destroying trust. When the same senior official appears in two different federal overreach episodes, both defined by the same structural problems, you no longer have an isolated incident. You have a governance pattern. And it explains a lot about how the CFIA has been behaving and why the system seems incapable of correcting itself from within. People deserve to know who is steering the ship — and what their track record actually is. THIS is why we need to speak up!!
