No human being has ever embodied kindness, humility and mercy quite like Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. ❤

A business idea struck me while I was praying Isha’a last night. Actually, it was more of like a revelation! However, I don’t want to bear all the risk, thus looking for someone to join in(partners with liquidity)

Further jurisprudence is that it will amount to unjust enrichment for a borrower to walk away with 500k simply because the lender charged interest as an unlicensed lender.
This is not entirely legally correct. Truly, an unlicensed money lender cannot enforce the contract to charge the interest on the loan. In fact, it is illegal. However, the borrower cannot still go Scot-free; the borrower will still pay the principal sum, 500k and any commercial interest that may accrue on it as a result of the late payment.
This is because, someone who has benefitted from a contract cannot rescind from performing the obligation under that contract simply because the contract is illegal or void. So even if the interest of 200k is not enforceable, the original sum of 500k advanced to the borrower, who has benefited from it, can be enforced.

Once its religious talks, you people will all of a sudden become the good ones.
You are no concerned about the goodness of the world but for the goodness of your buildings.
There are children in zamfara mining lead, dying in the numbers- are you speaking to them. Hope you know we have Christians whose investment are in that mine.
It’s hypocrisy to think Christianity is somehow a religion of peace. The country whose motto is GOd bless America has been responsible for over 37 million deaths in 223 years conducting 469 military operations but Islam is your problem
The nation that claims they are Gods children have actively funded terrorism and organization like Hamas, via Qatar but it’s Islam that is your problem
Then we have the genocide.
See eh, it’s out of God’s mercy that he has not consumed all of us hypocrites who call the name of God only when it’s convenient.
There have been so many cases of Muslims dying to terror but it’s not terrro until a church is bombed
Hypocrites. That’s what we all are.
May God forgive us all.
Sit down and reflect and be honest with yourself if you are really serving God or just looking for converts.
You can speak English today because Christians came to Africa with guns and a lorry load of oppression
Tolerance was not in the books.

Guys!!! I just saw a post on IG that triggered me afresh. The thief I was referring to in this quoted tweet was seen stealing again.
Mind you, he stole my bag containing my life’s work 10 years ago. He was caught because he stole at Pat Utomi’s event at Muson centre. That was how his image made it to RRS Ikeja’s page.
The same guy has stolen equipment worth 10s of millions. Listen, people hardly ever change. They should just end him or lock him up for life.

A thief walked into church and stole my entire bag containing my laptop, hard drives containing data of recorded songs I had spent millions on, my int’l passport. We checked CCTV and saw him, he was caught days later. He sold my laptop 15K. See ehn, the matter long.

URGENT PUBLIC APPEAL
I never imagined having to make a post like this, but I desperately need your help.
On October 31, while covering a wedding at Oriental Hotel, Lagos, my bag was stolen from inside the bride's room.
The bag contained my MacBook Pro M1 and
FOUR external hard drives holding approximately FIVE weddings yet to be delivered to my clients.
These are not just files. They are people's once in a lifetime memories, months of hard work and my livelihood.
Thankfully, we have obtained CCTV footage showing the individual entering, taking my bag and leaving the hotel.
I'm offering a N500,000 REWARD for credible information leading to the identification of this individual and recovery of my belongings through the appropriate authorities.
Please you can send a message or call this number for any update 09033892670
