I’ve got a running theory about flat earth.
NONE OF IT is genuine.
They’re ALL PRETENDING.
It’s just a big troll that people have found gets them engagement, and makes them feel superior to others.
That’s it.
It’s just a big desperate grab for attention.

The Hoyle Fallacy!
How the fuck don't you even know it's a fallacy?
Are you an idiot or just lying?

Let’s enjoy 5 minutes of Professor Dave explaining this very point. I’m posting this for your entertainment Jared as I don’t expect our dumb friend to watch it, and even if he does it’ll just provoke some irrelevant emojii laden herpy derp.

Forza Horizon 6 is pretty awesome, my computer runs it on Ultra graphics. If i ever won the lottery I'd buy this Porsche 😍😂

Nope. I’m not letting you get away with pretending the shape of the earth isn’t a long established fact or is in any way controversial or subject to serious debate.
The fact is YOU are disputing this fact, so the burden of proof lies with YOU, fairly and squarely, not me.

first of all, the evidence doesn't have to be 'scientific'
second of all, we do
you have nothing for flat earth 🤷♀️

Theist: "Wait a second... So you believe that out if absolute nothingness, and without any intelligence, a perfectly ordered, logical system emerged—fine-tuned just right so that we can exist?"
Atheist: 🤨 "No. Where'd you get that from?... That's a strawman. Who told you that?"

Any flat-Earthers out there willing to take a stab at this one?

Please explain the relationship between distances B and C.
But you won't.

Oh wow. Duh.
I don't think there has ever been a statement more obvious than this:

You’ve seen them in the comments: “How come Artemis’s crew didn’t zoom in to the “underside” of the supposed globe to show people in Australia upside down? The mission was fake!”
Folks, this is exactly the shot flat earthers keep demanding - a zoom from space straight down to the “bottom” of the globe, Australia front and center, upside down.
Here’s the thing. Even with this absurd, physically impossible zoom, this is exactly what you’d see on a spherical Earth.
If, that is, IF the person who produced it didn’t just rotate the video to match convention. Why would anyone produce such a video? Literally no one cares what Flerfs want, they are irrelevant.
They reject gravity. They reject the globe. And then they miss the most basic consequence of both: “down” is toward the center of mass. Every person on Earth stands on their own local vertical. An Australian isn’t hanging upside down - they’re standing just as upright as you are.
This is physics taught to ten-year-olds. Incredible it even needs to be addressed.
So they keep demanding evidence that, even if handed to them from space, they would immediately misinterpret and still deny.
And that’s why these demands don’t get taken seriously.
Flat Earth is dead, it’s a zombie conspiracy.

Flat-earthers, conspiracy addicts, and other reality-deniers have a strange relationship with the concept of evidence.
They demand proof, but no matter how much solid, logical, verifiable evidence you provide, it gets completely ignored. As if you never said a single thing.
There is a reason people do not debate Flat Earthers or Moon landing deniers. It is not because the evidence is weak. It is because the conversation is rigged from the start. You can bring measurements, physics, engineering, independent tracking, international verification, and experiments they can do in their own backyard, and none of it matters. The moment the facts show up, they shout fake, edited, CGI, conspiracy, or “that’s just your belief.”
You cannot debate someone who treats every piece of evidence as invalid by default. You cannot debate someone who demands proof and then rejects the proof the second it appears. You cannot debate someone who thinks their personal disbelief outranks measurable reality.
A debate requires both sides to accept evidence. Flat Earth and Moon landing denial collapse the moment evidence enters the room, so the only move left is to deny the room exists.
That is why people do not debate them. Not because the globe is fragile, but because the argument they bring is. You cannot have a real discussion with someone who decided ahead of time that nothing you show them will ever count.

The CONCEPT of god(s) is a long-outdated (frankly, childish) attempt to understand & explain nature, the universe, and coincidence—the result of a particularly annoying aspect of human nature, our tendency to anthropomorphize EVERYTHING.
One of the singular most frustrating things that pisses me off about trying to talk to conspiracy theorists is that nothing ever advances. Not one iota.
And this applies to every conspiracy without exception: aliens and UFOs, 9/11 claims, anti-vaccination and virus denial, flat Earth, chemtrails, moon-landing denial, you name it.
Every single one of these has been debunked to death, yet every person you encounter runs the exact same script. This isn’t skepticism - it’s cognitive rigidity, motivated reasoning, and confirmation bias locked into a closed loop.
They are not engaging in learning or critical thinking. Conspiracy addicts are displaying conspiratorial ideation, belief perseverance, and epistemic learned helplessness - endlessly repeating claims while being psychologically incapable of updating them.
At some point this stops being ignorance and starts looking like a pathological resistance to reality itself. A rejection of truth and reality 🔁 an addiction to the idea the conspiracies … everywhere.
Jared the Skeptic retweeted
And I'm blocked...
Because this conspiracy addicted doofus didn't have a retort to my pointing out the FACT that his undercover video's big scandalous "admission" of chemtrails was just a guy referring to normal jet fuel and the pollution jet engines emit.

If you were alive on July 19, 2013, congratulations—you are in this photo.
That tiny dot below the rings is Planet Earth, captured by the Cassini spacecraft from 1.4 billion kilometers away.
They say cancer is “already cured for the rich.” That’s a lie.
Steve Jobs, one of the richest men alive, had early-diagnosed, more treatable pancreatic cancer. If a secret “elite cure” existed, he’d have had it.
Instead, he delayed proper treatment, chasing diets and acupuncture. By the time he returned to actual medicine, precious time was lost and he died needlessly.
He’s proof: no secret cure, only science.
And when people ask why I rail so hard against anti-science lies, it’s because these conspiracies don’t just mislead - they kill. Bad info costs lives, and denying science holds humanity back. I push back because we all deserve the truth - and a chance to live.

Because a star exploded, resulting in a cloud shape that vaguely resembles an eye, God exists?
What exactly is so completely obvious here to you?
Does a fluffy cloud on a partly cloudy day that looks roughly like a giraffe for a moment mean the same thing? 🤨
