Former attorney Adam Hoffman sexually assaulted a 6-year-old boy for three years. He was charged with a first degree felony for continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Hoffman does not have to register as a sexual offender and will serve 60 days in jail.

The fact that Comey has been indicted for his 86 post but Posobiec wasn't is Exhibit #95756352930 that MAGA believes in absolutely nothing other than "corruptly wield power to own the libs"
It is, by far, the most shamelessly corrupt and unprincipled political movement in American history

Thomas Massie just delivered an urgent call to action:
“Americans are under attack by a German company.”
Bayer-Monsanto.
“People this week should be calling their congressmen … and saying, take the glyphosate immunity out of the Farm Bill.”
“It’s poison.”
“This administration has sided with the German company trying to get immunity from the harm that their products may cause.”
“Chellie Pingree and I … are trying to get them to strip the immunity for glyphosate that they’ve put into the Farm Bill.”
“Bayer’s product has become unprofitable because of the harm that state juries have decided has been caused to people.”
“And there’s something broader though than just glyphosate here.”
“This would set a precedent for every pesticide, every herbicide, every insecticide.”
“It would set a precedent that the EPA doesn’t exist to protect people and the environment.”
“It exists to give get-out-of-court-free cards to corporations.”

No SLC ICE Detention Center!
It's projected to be in the upper 70's. The sun doesn't set until 7:30 pm. Plan accordingly. Bring water!

I used to mock people who called Trump a “fascist” during his first term.
While I never voted for him, it always just felt hysterical or an exaggeration.
After January 6, I started to understand.
Now, I realize how wrong I was.
For that, I owe those people an apology.

Hes right. The reservations, confederacy, jim crow laws, our eugenics program all inspired the nazis. Even the way Goebbels did his propaganda. Heavily influenced by Edward Bernays' work in ww1.

Didn't @utahpolitics or someone else report that these little propaganda videos, this one attacking Democrats and the judiciary and misrepresenting data, are taxpayer-funded? Not sure why we're still playing nice with these guys.

In Arizona if you don't have children your SNAP benefit will be like $12 a month. What this points to is most of the people in my state and the rest of the U.S. who eat SNAP food are kids. The rest is the elderly and disabled. The largest single group getting SNAP is white people. 70% of adults across the program are working poor, most of those working in retail and at grocery stores. A lot of Donald Trump's base is on SNAP. As Federal Programs go it has very low amount of fraud.
This program is critical and Donald Trump doesn't care even though a lot of his base use SNAP. Just like he doesn't care about Health Care premiums or anything he else, he keeps saying there is no inflation and prices are low.
I have also seen what looks like a Russian push on social media against food stamps in general claiming recipients get *so much money* for food and it's all fraud. This is crazy children need to eat.
Tell your minions to open the government, Donald, or maybe millions of people without food and health care is Donald's dream.

A mother sacrifices herself to protect her 16-year-old, yet ICE detains him anyway. Laws bend to chaos, childhood is stolen, and power punishes the innocent. When cruelty governs, justice dies.

Mom made deal to self-deport to save her 16-year-old—then ICE detained him anyway.
Judge had ruled her teenage son must remain in U.S.—with legal status available to unaccompanied children under age 21.
Trump is changing the rules "every few minutes, every few seconds," lawyer for the family explained.
"We were supposed to do this quick ICE check-in... Maybe he wouldn't even be late for school."
Instead, agents detained Joel Camas and plan to deport him to Ecuador—where the President has declared a "state of internal armed conflict."
Joel Camas was in 11th grade at Gotham Collaborative High School in the Bronx, New York. #DemsUnited

The key point is that despite receiving SNAP, Section 8, TANF and Medicaid, the people remain in poverty. These were never meant to address poverty. They're only meant to quell the rage of the permanent underclass.

The White House now claims it’s legally barred from using emergency funds to keep SNAP running.
Journalists discovered that this directly contradicts the USDA’s publicly released shutdown plan (below).
The White House wants to end SNAP and is lying to protect themselves.
