York Region Police Sergeant Kin Pong Wong has been arrested for breach of trust and possession with intent to traffic.
Why don't we have his mugshot for the news? Why do we continue to tolerate this double standard in policing? If the media isn't going to keep the police accountable, then we have to. #YorkRegionalPolice are overrun with crime; if they're not lying about Project South, they're hiding the identities of their corrupt, drug-dealing police officers. We need a change in law enforcement.

This is a confession to treason.
Elon Musk, a private individual and not an elected official, hijacked U.S. national defence policy to harm partner Ukraine and help enemy Russia.

I saw no women being assaulted. I saw no nose picking. I saw no ear wax eating. I heard no stories about men’s asses. I heard no strange burping noises, no slurring, no moaning.
And I heard no songs about homosexual hook ups at the local gym while an old fat man wearing makeup danced like he was wanking 2 giraffes.
I didn’t see or hear any of that during Barack Obama’s speeches today.
Just an adult speaking in complete sentences to an audience who appreciated every word.
It was nice.

🟥 If anyone wonders about the difference between a real Prime Minister and someone who will NEVER be, just take a look at these two messages. 👇🏼
The posts show a clear contrast.
It’s clear which one is a highly experienced, unifying and qualified leader, polling at almost 80% favourability...
and which one is a severely unqualified, divisive and clueless character, rightfully polling at an unprecedented 16%.
¾ of Canadians currently think he is a terrible, unqualified choice for PM. 🤷🏻♂️
This country, across party lines and from coast to coast to coast, doesn’t want to be led by a Frat House troll.

And truckers voted in droves for trump ...... THEY VOTED FOR THIS!
Things have gotten so bad for Americans that 16 trucking companies went bankrupt in just 30 days msn.com/en-us/money/economy/…
The smallest names on the list barely register as fleets.
Jackdollars Transport of McKinney, Texas, Rothchild Transportation of South Gate, California, and C. Pride Transport of Illinois each listed one truck and one driver, and each entered Chapter 7, the form of bankruptcy that typically ends in liquidation. A few other tiny carriers with three to six trucks joined them. Bigger operators were filing too, including one in a Texas border town with 65 drivers on its roster.

A teraz spójrz tutaj!”
Starszy. Inteligentniejszy).

Putin says Ukrainian land belongs to Russia because of history. But what happens when we apply his logic to Russia itself?
On October 22, Putin once again claimed that Ukrainian territories are historically Russian.
“This is not their territory. It’s the territory of historical Russia,” he said.
Interesting argument. Let’s apply the same logic to Russia.
🇯🇵 Japan: The Soviet Union seized the southern Kuril Islands in 1945. Japan still claims four of those islands, which Russia controls today.
🇨🇳 China: Vladivostok and large parts of Russia’s Far East were once under China’s Qing dynasty. Russia acquired these territories through treaties in the 19th century.
🇫🇮 Finland: Vyborg and parts of Karelia belonged to Finland before World War II. Finland was forced to surrender them to the Soviet Union.
🇩🇪 Germany: Kaliningrad was once Königsberg, a German city and part of East Prussia until 1945.
🇹🇷 Turkey: The Ottoman Empire once controlled Azov and held territory and influence around the northern Black Sea before Russian expansion.
So here’s a question for Putin:
Should Japan take back its islands? Should China reclaim Vladivostok? Should Finland reclaim Vyborg? Should Germany reclaim Kaliningrad?
Of course, historical possession does not automatically give any country the right to seize territory today. Most of these countries do not even make such claims.
And that is precisely the point.
If every country started invading its neighbors to recover territory it controlled centuries ago, where would it end?
Ukraine is an internationally recognized sovereign country. Russia recognized its borders.
History is not a license to invade. And Ukraine does not belong to Russia simply because Putin says it does.
Stand with Ukraine. 🇺🇦

🇨🇦🇺🇦 Canadian company Telesat plans to provide Ukraine with an alternative to Starlink by starting to create its own low-orbit satellite network, Lightspeed, which will start operating in early 2028.
Canada does not hide that the reason for abandoning Starlink was the decision of the US government to temporarily limit Ukraine's use of the Starshield system, which disrupted the country's defense operations and left Ukrainians even more vulnerable to continuous Russian attacks.
It has also forced US allies, who are increasingly at odds with the Donald Trump administration, to rethink their dependence on American technology.

With the midterm elections just nine days away, it’s hard to miss the constant threats to our democracy. And they’re not just coming from the White House. In state election boards and county offices, Republican officials have been closing polling places and making it harder to cast a ballot. The bet is that enough people will get tired, give up, and stay home.
But this month, a group of college students made it clear that their gamble will backfire. (link in comments)

Trump swaggered into Georgia right before the midterms, breathlessly announcing a huge new Audi factory, a massive win for the state he claimed. Here's the receipt: Audi had absolutely no such announcement, no plans to build a plant in Georgia, and no knowledge of this supposed commitment. This wasn't just campaign exaggeration; it was a bald-faced fabrication, invented out of thin air just days before an election, banking on voters not checking if a major international corporation actually agreed to a multi-billion dollar investment during a political rally. It perfectly illustrates how quickly reality gets benched for a headline grab, promising prosperity that only exists in a speech bubble, all while the people who supposedly value "truth" never question the actual facts. thehill.com/homenews/state-w…

🇩🇪🇪🇺 Outrageous images from Georgia.
Yesterday, ten days before the US midterm elections, @AudiOfficial's CEO Gernot Döllner walked onto Donald Trump's campaign stage in Georgia to announce a $4 billion factory and thank the president for his support.
Two numbers worth reading together:
🔸️4,500: the jobs Audi plans to create in Georgia.
🔸️42,300: the jobs Germany's car industry lost in a single year, leaving it at its smallest since 2005. In Neckarsulm (Baden-Württemberg) alone, 15,000 Audi workers are waiting to learn whether their plant has a long-term future.
Meanwhile, Trump's tariffs cost Audi €1.2 billion in 2025 alone. In May he threatened to raise them to 25%, saying it would push carmakers to move production to the US "much faster".
So why on earth would a European CEO agree to become a propaganda tool in his campaign?
This is the president who threatened Germany and seven other European countries with tariffs unless the US was allowed to buy Greenland.
The president who barred Europeans, including two Germans, from entering the US over their work on Europe's own digital rules.
The president who is now waiving new sanctions on Germany's main security adversary, Russia, which targets Germany with drones over military sites, arson, sabotage and plots to assassinate defence executives.
A president who has gone after our economy, our sovereignty and our security.
We can't stop companies investing abroad. We can make sure Europe's market rewards those who build, hire and stand up here, and who side with Europe, not with its adversaries.
To Mr Döllner we say: have some dignity and resign. You are not fit to represent one of Germany's greatest industries.
